What do you love in sports cards?

Rarity ✅
Great to look at ✅
Investable ✅
Favorite team and player ✅
Affordability ✅

These big companies don’t bring these things without spending big dollars. Me personally, I’m spending more money with these artists this year. They check off all these boxes and then some. Give me those mail days please! by @theperfectserial

Well this makes me nervous putting myself out there but here is a video of what goes into making these cards. It’s still my “rookie” season, I still have lots to learn but this journey has been stuck a fun one. So much support from the community. I can’t believe it by @theperfectserial

A little BTS on my newest Ja Custom!
This one was another shoe—> card remix commissioned item. The client is a personal friend of JA And has collected a few pieces of mine. This one specifically he wanted to work on something to go with these super kool Ja Kool Aid shoes. So I got to work.
Wanted something vibrant with an iconic image for the front and incorporated the font and breaking through the card feel like the kool-aid man.
For the back we put a piece of the actual shoe box and painted the kool-aid man himself also in the corner.
A couple hard weeks of work but so much fun and excited with how it turned out. I hope you like it! by @theperfectserial

A little BTS on my recent Lebron piece.
One of LeBron’s most iconic cards, the “Kobe tribute dunk”. I love this card. The problem is we have all seen it 1000 times. Even all the color variations. Just boring. Go to a card show and they are everywhere.
So I wanted to make one that would really turn people’s heads at trade night or a show and a true 1 of 1 . Something nobody will ever see again.
I started with a lakers stained glass look but was really hating how it went so I scraped the whole thing and started again.
Them the shark theme came in. King of the sea. The colors and sharks swirling around Lebron. That’s rare. So this is what I ended up with. I’m extremely proud and I hope you all like it! by @theperfectserial

🍟A little bts on this latest Devin Booker custom!
This one took a whole month to get done and was the biggest card undertaking to date. There has been a huge demand for these cards based on shoes lately with pieces of the actual shoe or shoe boxes included in the cards.
The minute I saw these new Devin Booker McDonald’s shoes I had to have them. They are based on the one blue McDonald’s in the world in Sedona, AZ. So I thought let’s make a card and available go all out.
I had to make some McDonald’s fries from Clay and paint. Include a strong pose from Booker and’s a catchy border for the front.
Then the back we took a piece of the octal shoebox and included it in the card.
As if that wasn’t enough we had to go one more step. I always wanted to encase one of these cards in a book and of course this was the one so hollowing out a book and finding just the right text to make it all come together.
Sometimes a card and an idea just keep going and going. This card will always be near and dear to my heart bc of how much time went into it and what it represents.
I hope you all enjoy it! taken in Sedona, Arizona by @theperfectserial

A little BTS on the newest Michael Jordan piece.
Everyone wants to collect the GOAT but what about a GOAT 1 of 1 with a little swagger to it?
Decided to play with the black and white, upscale luxury mixed with graffiti street.
One of those cards that stands out and starts conversations. I love MJ cards as much as the next but got sick of seeing the same old ones.
Hope you enjoy! by @theperfectserial
