1. Have a wide stance and stay low.

2. When you have your lower stance you will have a more explosive serve when you push you weight into the ball.

3. Spin up on the ball and aim for the last 2 ft of the baseline.

Been getting asked how I do my serve so here it is! Best courts in oc @thepicklr.rsm #pickleball

Your backhand attack should change based on ONE thing: the height of the ball. 👇

🏓 Below the net? ROLL IT.
🏓 At net height? FLICK IT.
🏓 Above the net? PUT IT AWAY.

These might all look like “backhand attacks,” but they’re 3 different shots with 3 different techniques—and knowing when and how to use each one can completely change how dangerous you are at the kitchen line.

That’s exactly why I’m hosting a Backhand Roll, Flick & Put-Away Masterclass at The Pickler in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA at the end of this month.

We’re going to break down the mechanics, timing, contact point, and decision-making behind each shot so you know exactly which backhand attack to use and when to use it.

🎟️ Want to join the clinic?

Comment “CLINIC” below and I’ll send you all the information directly.

Save this for your next pickleball session and send it to someone who wants a more dangerous backhand. 🔥
