Thanks @gavinverhey for the inspiration to name my channel. Every piece of art needs a frame (and sometimes none ironically) and the pin line is a crucial component to let the art work in most mtg cards.

Last card of my top5 for the Hobbit main set and I couldn’t leave out a book cover treatmen by @james_bousema ! This already has become a staple for white decks and this art treatment makes it even more epic to put in a deck. Love the simplicity and menacing look here.

Of course this card 🗻 would be part of my top 5 for the main set. Just look at it! The scale and mood really hit this home in this piece by @leon.tukker

Sometimes you just gotta touch grass 🌳, and I guess that’s what Bombur was thinking when he lay down here. I just love that Magic isn’t always about fighting or magic spells, but can also be about, you know, a lazy afternoon under a tree, joined by birds and squirrels. What a great piece by @deschampsart

Absolutely love the art for Radagast of Rhosgobel by @akreon, so was super happy to have it as a request from @thepinline! The team absolutely smashed the art in this set.

This is my absolute favourite piece of art 👌🏻 from the main Hobbit set: the crispy, vibey and wonderfully whimsical Radagast of Rhosgobel by the amazing @akreon . Reminds me a lot of old Magic art😍. This is the second of my 5 favourite pieces of art for this set.

👀 🔎 Guess that card is back! Last time’s card was a difficult one, apparently. No one guessed it! It was the fun Swords to Plowshares SLD Promo given out during MagicCon 2024 featuring a classic duck, tulips and Amsterdam Canals.
This week we’re going in a different direction; can you feel the heat? ☀️
