Lately, life’s been feeling really good… and I almost forgot—that’s the point.

To feel joy. To create moments that make you light up.
To laugh so hard you forget what was weighing you down.
To build something that reflects who you really are.
To spend time with people who remind you how good it feels to be alive.

It took me a 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 time to get here.

There were moments of grief, disappointment, and letting go of things I thought were meant for me. But some things aren’t supposed to last forever—and that’s okay. Because in the release, I found clarity. In forgiveness, I found peace. And in gratitude, I found myself again.

This season of my life is built on gratitude, laughter, and love.
If you’re in a hard place, trust that ease can return.

Happiness isn’t just something that happens to you—it’s something you 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 to find.

So this is your reminder:
😂 Make fun a priority
❤️ Lead with love
☯️ Be present
And don’t forget—𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 was always the point.

Sat down for coffee with my younger self today… she had no idea how good things were about to get ☕✨

Back when I was working a 9-to-5, I knew I wanted 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚—I just didn’t know exactly what that looked like. I remember dreaming of a life where I could wake up excited for the day ahead, where work felt fulfilling instead of draining.

It’s not easy to follow an unconventional path, but it is possible—and it’s so worth it.

❌ I used to struggle to get out of bed, rushing to a job that left me burnt out and uninspired.
✅ Now, I wake up and move with my own rhythm, working when I feel called instead of forcing myself into someone else’s schedule.

❌ I used to live for the weekend—drinking, partying, trying to squeeze in as much “fun” as possible before the cycle repeated.
✅ Now, my work is something I love. I don’t need to escape from my life—I get to build something meaningful every day.

❌ I used to feel stuck in routines that didn’t align with who I was becoming.
✅ Now, I have the freedom to explore, create, and evolve in ways I never thought possible.

It’s been seven years since I quit my 9-to-5 to pursue entrepreneurship. The journey hasn’t been easy—it’s come with career pivots, financial stress, self-doubt, and even the loss of friendships that no longer fit. But in the past two years, I’ve 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 felt the fruits of my labor settling in.

Life is unpredictable, but that’s what makes it 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡. Take the chance. Trust your intuition. You never know what’s waiting for you on the other side ✨

When I first started my healing business, I wished I had more guidance, a mentor, or a roadmap to help me navigate the journey. That’s why I’m putting together '𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀' — a resource packed with everything I’ve learned along the way to help you create a business that’s sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned. Stay tuned, 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙤𝙣!

Who else is heading to @electric_forest in 2025? 😈⚡🌲✨

This work has been such a journey of healing and transformation for me, in ways I can't fully put into words...

It's allowed me to...
💜 shed layers of old patterns and behaviors
💜 feel emotions I had buried for years
💜 reconnect with my physical body on a deeper level

Through this practice, I've been able to truly meet myself, to sit with what needed healing, and to find peace in places I once held pain ✨

For others, it’s about holding a sacred space where they can do the same — to release, to connect, to explore parts of themselves that have long been silent 💞

I’ve witnessed people dive into spiritual and meditative depths they didn’t know existed, finding clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of self ☯️

This work is a gift, not just for those who receive it, but for me as a practitioner, and it fills me with gratitude every day 🌿💫✨

Thank you all for your continued support as I navigate this journey of entrepreneurship and healing. Your trust, encouragement, and presence allow me to keep doing what I love and sharing this transformative work with more people. Together, we’re creating spaces for growth, healing, and connection, and I’m endlessly grateful to each of you for being part of this path 💖
