A little something different is happening at Vibrant Zen this October! 💜🍂 I've been wanting to bring more variety, creativity, and opportunities for connection into what I offer, and these next four events are a pretty good reflection of that. 🔮 𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝟭𝟲 | 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 A chance to get creative, make something with your hands, and enjoy a fun evening with other people. Because sometimes healing looks like making crafts, laughing, and doing something just because you enjoy it. 🌊 𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝟭𝟳 | 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 + 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 Our LAST outdoor float of 2026! One more opportunity to float under the evening sky, experience guided breathwork, and completely relax while surrounded by sound. We're making the most of these warm evenings while we still have them! ✨ 𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝟮𝟮 | 𝗨𝗡𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗗: 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 + 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 A brand-new experience where we'll explore gentle somatic movement to help release tension, reconnect with our bodies, and settle into relaxation before lying down for an immersive sound bath. A little movement before the stillness. 🔥 𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝟮𝟱 | 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻 A free community gathering at my home studio under the Taurus Full Moon! We're keeping this one casual with a potluck, a fire, good conversation, and a little ritual to burn what we're ready to leave behind. And as a Taurus myself, of course I'm inviting everyone to my house to eat snacks, get comfortable, and burn things in the backyard 😂♉ What I love most about these events is that there's no single way to take care of yourself. Sometimes it's lying down and doing absolutely nothing. Sometimes it's moving your body, making something creative, or spending an evening around a fire with people you haven't met yet. Comment 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 and I'll send you the registration links + event details! 💜 More fall and winter events are in the works, including new venues, collaborations, and indoor experiences. I'll share those as everything gets finalized! #raleighnc #raleighevents #thingstodoinraleigh #soundbath #raleighwellness by @vibrant.zen
Getting your sound healing certification is one thing… actually knowing what to do when you book your first event is another 😅 There’s SO much that goes into facilitating a sound bath beyond just playing your instruments, and honestly, a lot of it you end up figuring out through trial and error. After facilitating hundreds of sound baths and working with hundreds of clients, I finally put together a 𝟮𝟬-𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 covering all the little things I've learned along the way. From venue logistics and room setup to what to bring, creating ambience, troubleshooting tech, managing participants, and everything in between. Whether you're preparing for your very first sound bath or just want to feel a little more organized before your next one, I hope this helps take some of the guesswork out of the process. 💜 Comment 𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘾𝙆𝙇𝙄𝙎𝙏 below and I'll send you the link! ✨ #soundhealingpractitioner #soundhealer #soundhealingtraining #soundbath #vibrantzen by @vibrant.zen

Anyway, what do you do for work? 😂 If you've ever spent more than 5 minutes with me, you know we're skipping the small talk and getting straight into the weird, personal, and wildly inappropriate questions. I want the family lore, the conspiracy theories, the paranormal experiences, and whatever other weird sh*t you feel like you can't share with “normal” people 👽 What's a question you REALLY want to ask people but probably shouldn't? 👀💜 #ihatesmalltalk #deepconversations #gettoknowme #spiritualhumor #realtalk by @vibrant.zen
Ever want to try a new craft but don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on supplies just to see if you like it? 😂 Or maybe you just want an excuse to get out of the house, make something cute, and meet some new people? Well, we've got you covered! ✨ This Friday, we're teaming up with @allkindsraleigh and @cosmicmysticdesigns for 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁!! 🧪🔮🌙 Choose your intention, play around with herbs, flowers, crystals, charms, and all sorts of magical little things, and create your very own spell jar to take home! The best part? We provide EVERYTHING. No buying a million supplies, no experience necessary, and no mess to clean up afterward. Just show up, get creative, and have some fun! We'll be hanging out at All Kinds, a super cute local gift shop featuring tons of handmade goodies from local artists. Grab a beer, wine, or specialty drink while you craft, browse the shop, and maybe make a new friend or two. 🍷 And if one jar isn't enough, we'll have mini jars, additional full-size jars, incense, and cleansing kits available as optional add-ons! 📅 Friday, October 16 | 6:30–8:30 PM 📍 All Kinds | 2116 New Bern Ave Ste J, Raleigh, NC 27610 🎟️ $35 per person | All supplies included! This is one of our first craft nights through Cosmic Mystic Designs, and we're so excited to bring a little more creativity, color, and community into the mix. Because not everything has to be deep or life-changing. Sometimes you just need to make something pretty and enjoy yourself. Want to join us? 🧪✨ Comment 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 below and we'll send you the link to grab your spot! 💜 #raleighcraftnight #thingstodoinraleigh #raleighevents #witchyvibes #witchygirl by @vibrant.zen
A few reflections for the Libra New Moon + 10/10 portal 🌙 So grateful for everyone who joined us last night for New Moon Grounding! 🌑💜 Such a beautiful evening of movement, breathwork, sound + connection. For anyone who couldn't make it, I wanted to share a few reflection questions inspired by the Libra New Moon and today's 10/10 portal ✨ Libra brings our attention to balance, relationships, boundaries + the ways we show up for ourselves and others. The 10/10 portal is often viewed as a symbolic opportunity for new beginnings, reflection + moving forward with intention. A few things to sit with: 🌙 Where in my life am I giving more energy than I'm receiving? 🌙 What relationships or habits are supporting my growth, and which ones are leaving me feeling drained? 🌙 Where could I create better boundaries without feeling guilty? 🌙 What am I ready to stop carrying into this next chapter? 🌙 What would a little more balance actually look like in my everyday life? 🌙 What is one intention I can start putting into practice right now? Take whatever resonates, leave the rest, and give yourself a little time to check in 💜 Thank you again to everyone who spent their Friday evening with us! #newmoon #libranewmoon #1010portal #raleighwellness #vibrantzen by @vibrant.zen

Come hang with us girlies this Friday night for the New Moon in Libra 🌑💜 (boys are welcome too lol) We’re spending the evening outside moving our bodies, shaking off some of the week, breathing, setting intentions for the month ahead + ending with a restorative sound bath under the evening sky. We’ll start with a feel-good vinyasa flow + guided breathwork, then transition into sound with plenty of time to lie down, get cozy and just receive. A little movement, a little nature, a little intention setting + a really good way to spend a Friday night together ✨ 🌑 New Moon Grounding: Yoga + Sound Bath 📅 Friday, October 9 🕒 6:30–8:30 PM 📍 Fred Fletcher Park — Borden Building 820 Clay St, Raleigh, NC 27605 ✨ All experience levels welcome Comment 𝗠𝗢𝗢𝗡 and we’ll send you the registration link! 🌑 #raleighnc #raleighevents #raleighyoga #soundbath #vibrantzen by @vibrant.zen
I’m really honored to be a part of this one 💜 On October 8, I’ll be closing out Invisible Grief: A Healing Workshop + Experience with a sound bath, giving everyone a chance to slow down, process, and simply receive after an evening centered around conversations that I think so many of us need. Grief isn’t always obvious, and it doesn’t always come from death. We can grieve relationships, friendships, versions of ourselves, careers, homes, health, major life changes, or a future we thought we were going to have. Sometimes we don’t even recognize what we’re carrying as grief because life keeps moving and we’re expected to move right along with it. This evening is creating space for those experiences. @thedianagasper - author of The Loss Was Real. So Is The Return., will lead a workshop and Q&A exploring invisible grief, loss, and finding your way back to yourself. The evening will also include food, signature drinks, opportunities for reflection, connection, vendors, giveaways + more before we settle in together for our closing sound bath! I’m especially excited to bring Vibrant Zen into a space where sound can be part of a much larger conversation around healing, connection, and what it means to move through difficult seasons of life. Huge thank you to @gen.she.rtp + @pinkdoorsocial for creating this experience and inviting me to be part of it 🫶 ✨ Invisible Grief: A Healing Workshop + Experience 📅 October 8 | 5:30–9:00 PM 📍 200 Lock Highlands | Cary, NC Come for the conversation, stay for the experience, and I’ll see you at the end for some much-needed rest 💜 by @vibrant.zen
I don't know if I'll ever get used to seeing an empty room turn into this 🥹💜 Every person here made the decision to show up. To spend their time and money trying something that may be completely new. To walk into a room, lie down, close their eyes and trust me to guide the experience. I don't take that trust lightly. This work has connected me with people from so many different walks of life, and it constantly reminds me that we have no idea what someone else is carrying. Grief, loss, addiction, burnout, loneliness, financial stress, starting over, questioning what the hell they're doing with their life...while showing up to life and appearing completely fine. I started Vibrant Zen because I found things that helped me profoundly and wanted to share them. If a referral, resource or another practitioner would serve you better, I'll happily share that too. Building this business has taught me more than I ever expected about patience, consistency, integrity, showing up when things aren't working yet, releasing what I thought things "should" look like, accepting what I can't control, taking chances before I feel ready and caring a whole lot less about being judged for doing things differently. And I'm learning what people are actually craving: spaces to feel heard and acknowledged. Deeper friendships. Community. Boundaries without five-paragraph explanations. Accountability with grace. Things to genuinely look forward to. Ways to find joy in ordinary life when adulthood can start to feel like working, paying bills and doing it all again tomorrow. VZ keeps changing because I keep changing. I'm learning, listening, continuing my education and paying attention to what this community actually needs. So yes, I'm grateful you filled the room. But I'm even more grateful you trusted the vision enough to walk into it. Thank you for coming alone when it felt scary. For bringing friends. For trying something new. For coming back. For sharing your stories. For allowing me to keep learning, creating and expanding this work. There are LOT of new ideas floating around in my head right now, and I'm really excited to see what we fill the next room with 💜 #raleigh by @vibrant.zen
