Liz ✨ Sound Healing, Reiki & Business Mentor ☯ Raleigh, NC

Come hang with us girlies this Friday night for the New Moon in Libra 🌑💜 (boys are welcome too lol)

We’re spending the evening outside moving our bodies, shaking off some of the week, breathing, setting intentions for the month ahead + ending with a restorative sound bath under the evening sky.

We’ll start with a feel-good vinyasa flow + guided breathwork, then transition into sound with plenty of time to lie down, get cozy and just receive.

A little movement, a little nature, a little intention setting + a really good way to spend a Friday night together ✨
