This is the workout you don’t cancel.
The one you move meetings for.
The one you walk into and instantly remember why you showed up.

This is where commitment becomes community.

Where showing up for yourself means being surrounded by women doing the same.

*Unlimited for the woman who’s all in.
*8 classes per month for the woman who loves structure with space.

Either way, you’re not just dropping in.
You’re part of something.

Serious results. Seriously fun.

We opened the Playground to create a space where women could move without judgment. We’re showing up is celebrated more than perfection. Where you’ll laugh during class, leave feeling stronger, and probably make a few new friends along the way.

Whether it’s your first workout in years, you’re looking for something new, or movement has always been a part of your life, YOU belong here! So come exactly as you are, messy bun and all😉.

Meet Moani! Moani is a graduate of our 2026 bounce teacher training. She is a school teacher by day and bounce instructor by night. Moani’s infectious energy shines through in all of her classes. She keeps you going with encouragement (often fueled by Bieber beats) and makes you feel like you can keep going even through her sneaky sprints! Class with Moani always means a fresh playlist, fun moves, and upbeat vibes!
