We provide local grocery delivery in the Triangle.

Each week, we source from 100+ North Carolina farmers and food makers — seasonal produce, milk, eggs, bread, meat, pantry staples and more — then deliver it straight to your door.

When we talk about local food, we often start with what it means for the people buying and consuming it: fresh food, knowing where it came from, and keeping our grocery spending close to home.

But there’s a person on the other side of that order, too.

Someone who grew it. Tended it. And has a story to tell about what it means to send it from their farm to your table. This week, it was @andersfamilyfarm, a small, woman-owned hydroponic farm in Forsyth County, NC.

Buying local isn’t just about where your food comes from. It’s about the people you’re connected to when you choose it.

Supporting local isn’t a purity test. 🌱
