Pull ups are more fun with friends. A strong body needs a strong support network 💪👯‍♂️

Thanks for always lifting me up @cs_aerial @char_poles 💜

Excuse my form on the last few reps.. This was after the hoola hoop pull ups 🤣

Speed x2 so it’s easier to watch 👀
Next time we add weight 👌

Beast mode: ACTIVATED 💪 ✅️

When 20kg pull ups are so last season we find new ways to make them harder..

@anna_preston1710 20kg on your lap doing pull ups on my arm next!? 🤔

It all started with 1 hoola hoop & a wildly misplaced sense of confidence… 💜

📣 Shout out to @gymjymm387 for the inspo 🙏

🏆 Big thanks to me for the late night’s, early morning’s, surviving on vibes & coffee, and somehow keeping it all together.

10/10, would recommend myself.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Take a moment to thank yourself today 👏

Pull ups, chin ups, neutral grip or commando…
Which should you choose? 🤔

Pull ups = more emphasis on your back

Chin ups = more of your biceps

Neutral grip = a more balanced option that’s often kinder on the shoulders

Commando = More biceps, grip & anti rotational core control

Each grip has its own benefits 💪

The best grip? The one that helps you train consistently and move towards your goals 💪

Which one is your favourite? 👇
