Feeling a little sad these past few days after learning that a dear friend is seriously ill 😔

It’s a reminder of just how precious life is, and I’m feeling more grateful than ever for my home, family, the little everyday moments and the simple things that so often mean the most 🤍

Long live boyhood 💙🤎

This little boy’s bedroom was SO much fun to design. We really leaned into that nostalgic, vintage American feel, playful enough for him now, but with pieces that won’t feel childish in a few years’ time.

The bespoke headboard is one of my favourite details, upholstered in this gorgeous fabric from @thepureedit It feels so classic and timeless, and can easily grow with him as his room evolves.

We hit a few little snags along the way, so this one isn’t quite finished yet (because what project ever goes completely to plan), but it’s already looking so lovely.

I’ll be sharing the finished room once those final details are wrapped up and it’s been properly photographed.

Swipe for before!
