We all know Frieze is happening, but there’s so much more to London’s art scene this week. And by more, a lot.

蔚山の小さな韓屋から、東京へ。

今回のプロジェクトは、駐日韓国文化院からいただいた共同企画の提案をきっかけに始まりました。

その原点は、蔚山にある小さな韓屋。

一人の作家を招き、レジデンスや展示を重ねながら、自分たちの手で少しずつ国際的なつながりを築いてきました。

そして4年後。
その小さな活動が、東京での公式共同企画へとつながります。

2026年11月、駐日韓国文化院とVilla Oasis Collectiveの共同企画として、韓国と日本をはじめ、国内外から約30名のアーティストが集結します。

国際的に活躍する著名アーティストから、これからの活躍が期待される新進気鋭のアーティストまで。

日本でも、これほど多彩なアーティストが一堂に会する機会は、なかなかないのではないでしょうか。

世代や国境、そして工芸と現代美術の境界を超え、多様な表現に一度に出会える特別な展覧会です。

Slow down, reconnect, and create through making. 🧵✉️

A glimpse into Women, Weaving and Writing with Hannah Weeden — an intimate workshop exploring connection, care, and the tactile traditions that bring us together.

Through weaving and letter writing, participants stepped away from the digital world and into a slower, more hands-on way of creating.

LDF 2026 has officially come to a close! @l_d_f_official was a blast!

Our second Artist Talk took place on 18 September, hosted by @giada.maia and @juliacurates.art , with @cynk.l @priyomovamari @nvmoody and @elena.shkvarkina sharing the ideas, materials and processes behind their practices.

What was especially lovely was seeing the conversations continue beyond the talks: artists and visitors exchanging thoughts, asking questions and discovering connections between one another’s work.

In many ways, this is a form of Enchanted Matter, an exhibition centred around interconnectivity and continuous exchange. The talk became an exchange of its own, opening up new conversations between the works, the artists and everyone in the room.

We joined London-based illustrator and calligrapher @herminedoublon for a hands-on workshop with Moleskine, learning the art of modern calligraphy and creating a notebook that’s uniquely our own.

From the first stroke to the final personalised cover, it was a thoughtful way to begin a new chapter.

Resonance🎻🎶 Led by @fifthstring.instruments
Solo Violin @emilyamesmusic

As part of Enchanted Matter, Resonance brought historic and incredibly crafted violins into the exhibition space: not simply as objects to be observed, but as materials continuing their lives through sound.

In collaboration with Fifth String, the evening explored the space between art, design and music, and the continuous exchanges that connect them. On the night of resonance, these violins came to live in the hands of violinist Emily Ames - enchanting not only the audience but the atmosphere that enveloped the exhibition itself!

A closer look at our Stippling Workshop with Aimee Baruwa. @aimkiat ✍️

Exploring the meditative practice of stippling through fine-line techniques, tonal drawing, and the recreation of an ancient artefact.

From the first mark to the final details, participants were invited to slow down, focus, and discover the rhythm of mark-making.
