Things I've come to realize throughout my life...

You always have a choice.

Trust your instinct, don't let people pursude you otherwise.

Say "yes" to new adventures but always refer to ^^^ that above.

Treat people with love, respect, compassion, empathy, and grace. Especially service workers.

Share your joy!

You will have bad days, find the people who will be there to get you through them.

Love yourself the way God loves you.

Parent for the long haul, not for today.

Live in this moment - you'll never have it again.

My trauma and healing are parts of who I am, but does not define me.

People will come and go in life, learn from each of them.

I am water flowing through the world and time, bring all of me everywhere and allow my spirit to flow to those who need it.

For everything I do, ask myself "What does my body and pussy say about this?"

I have post-traumatic wisdom and I share this with the people around me.

I am magestic, worthy, vibrant, intelligent, beautiful, authentic, thoughtful, loving, giving, sexy, mothering, survivor, interesting.... Own it all!

Dancing is party of my therapy. So is smiling and being loud.

Life is an ecstatic adventure.

Welcome to my world…
A world where you are deeply seen, loved, embraced, enjoyed.

A place where sex, love, and relationships start with a sexy, loving relationship with yourself.

Where we show up, grow up, fuck up, get up and REPEAT.

Where there is pleasure in pain, and pain in pleasure.

Where the smiles, laughs, hugs continuously flow.

Where movement means expression and exploration.

Where trauma is loved and seen as a part of you.

Where touch, taste, listening, smell, and seeing is a must for all realities.

Community and dancing....

That is what makes life so good.

I love that we are fortunate to know so many talented DJs that they ask us to hang out with them, come to their birthday parties, and occasionally travel to listen to them in other parts of the country 🚗💃 (and world - still working to make that happen 😜),

I love that friends come from all over the world and reach out to dance with us because they know we bring the good vibes.

I love that a girlfriend pulled me aside and gifted me these fun heart glasses.

I love that yesterday was Dia de la Madre (Mother's Day) and everyone made a point to recognize all us moms, and some even acknowledging how my mom heart hurts being away from my babies.

And I love that my King of a man has joy filming me dancing and enjoying life to the fullest. Then jumps right next to me to dance for hours.

The best f^CK ups are the place you meet yourself....

Tonight I was trying to film a really powerful video that came to my heart. But I kept stumbling with words (perfection) and as I did, I looked at myself and saw the beauty in the imperfections.

That's one of my strengths....

I know it, I forget it, I remember it, I repeat.

My post was about patterns and putting others before ourselves but my inner Goddess wanted me to remember that

Honoring

Loving

Admiring

Myself is the first step in being our best for others and seeing these patterns.

I don't need a perfect video with a full story. I just need to love myself to be the Goddess I am.

Oh what a night! Life is good at 50 living in Costa Rica. The past week I put in over 48 miles dancing, smiling and enjoying all the people.

You brighten up any room, make people feel loved, dance to any beat and see the small beautiful things of the world.

You're an amazing person, friend, cat daddy, dancer, driver, fun instigator, card player, hacker, travel partner, time killer, iron pumper, whale talker, merman, Adonis, music lover, and all around good vibes. The world needs more people like you.

Its an honor to share this life with you and be your copilot, admirer, and lover.

This is a compilation of zapper I caught... And they aren't the best ones we saw, but proud I caught them and edited as I did.

I'm working on a new income stream and learning how to video edit better and this was fun to do for myself.

This lightning storm lasted over an hour and was striking.

Happy that @nomadicsteveb asked me for a porch date to watch it together.

First 6 seconds are the original videos cut to see the 4 different lighting shows. Last 21 seconds are each of slowed down and zoomed a bit to really see the beauty of electricity in the sky.

We saw so many hit to the ocean!
