First, to God be the glory! Grateful for the ability to move my body and be active. It is a blessing, and I don’t take it for granted.

Apparently running a half marathon once wasnt enough so over the weekend I ran my 2nd half marathon of the year.

This one was personal, though I ran 1:50 my first run I knew I could do better and wanted to prove that to myself. With that being said, NEW HALF MARATHON PR IS NOW 1:46!!!! Four minutes faster may not sound like a lot, but I know how much work went into those four minutes. I still feel like I can beat that time so guess I’ll be running a 3rd at some point lol

I am so proud of myself and this is another reminder that consistency really does pay off.
The goal was to get better, and today proved to myself that I can. The early mornings, long runs, tired legs, and moments where I questioned myself all made yesterday that much more rewarding!!! @dchalfmarathon I’ll be back!!!

I can scratch running a half marathon off my bucket list now…
Very proud of myself for my first run, SUB 2.. it only gets better from here! Always a shoutout to bro @heyimdanny_ for getting me back running 🤝🏽

2025 was full of ups & downs, growth and clarity. A lot needed to happen this year, a lot Im thankful for, definitely an eye opener. I thank God Im still here, keep me and my loved ones protected as we enter 2026. 🥂🤞🏽💙 by @therealcardob_
