Sometimes you need to be your own motivation

Gym has been 50/50 recently not as intense as it used to be but I have still been doing my sessions and I still turning up.

It doesn’t matter where you are in life, health and fitness is always important.

My life has changed

Wow wow wow after suffering with hayfever since I was like 8 years old I finally can enjoy summer.

I got the Hayfever jab yesterday at 11.30am and I have only sneezed 3 times 33333333333 times 😂😂 no this is a miracle , normally I’m a snotty mess, eyes watering like my clothes are made of onions and coughing like I’m sick.

I should of done this years ago, it’s the first time ever I have not had to take eye drops, hayfever tablet and nose spray

My hayfever gang GO GET IT DONE
