Dear friends,
what a happy day and the most precious BDay gift ever (yes I just turned 6 today 🧑🏻‍🎄😊🎁🍾🥂🥳): the honour to meet pawsonally my dear insta friends! I had a great time with Victory and Nicky @it.bearbear2 and their lovely hoomans in Hongkong few days ago 😊 Unfortunately my dear friend YukSong was not able to join, but hey, a very good reason to come back, right? 😁

I am not around a lot lately, however I still recieve so much love from you guys, I am truly thankful 🫶🏻 What can I wish more for my birthday, right? So thanks for all, who are still with me, I love you all! 😘

Here you see few pics about my meet up. Victory took me to the Monster Building in Hongkong, woww!! 18 floors, 2.243 units and more than 10.000 people living here 😲 Unbelievable!! You could have seen it also in some movies like Transformers 4.
Also she took me for lunch and we tasted all the Hongkong specific great dishes. We drunk HK style tea and coffee and ate Doll Noodles with Satay beef, Stir-fried beef rice noodles, Pineapple bun (which has just butter inside, no pineapples, the name comes from the shape 😁) and HK style egg tartes. So delicious 😋😋
Also they brought me so many nice gifts, you see how happy I was as I checked them in my hotel room... 😊🫶🏻 (pic 11) thanks so much Victory, Nicky, YukSong and the hoomans!! 😘

Also a special thanks to my dear friends Nadine and Bruno Tante bruno_girl_39tante for all the pawsome BDay gifts they sent me (pic 12). What a pawsome surprise!! 😊 I am one happy Póc today! 🎁🧑🏻‍🎄🥰🥰

OMG friends,
did you watch the news today? Today it is the Nobel Prize Award Ceremony and I was honoured with the Sid Nobel Prize in Adventurous Innovation!!! 🏅🎉🎊 Hooman woman captured this one in a lifetime moment, as King Sid handed over my prize.

Oh my plush, this is the best day of my entire plushlife! I have never even imagine such an honour 🫠🫠🫠🫠

I want to thank first to my royal friend King Sid @theflamingosid for acknowledging my work. I want to thank to my hoomans, who are sometimes useless but still, they contribute a lot to my journeys which allows me to spread all around the Planet King Sid's lovely messages. I thank to my family, my brother Hóc Hóc and my girlfriend Conchita for always being there for me. I thank to all my friends (both plushies and hoomans) for the loving support and all the great fun together.

Dear friends,

what a great pleasure I had on Wednesday: finally we managed to meet up with @fulithebear and @barackthesheepe in #Budapest 🥳🥳🥳
I was so honoured as Füli even wore red-white striped trousers 😍😍😍❤️🤍 and he brought me such wonderful presents! Look at pic 2, I got a nice Hóc Póc cup and plate 😍😍😍 all my meals and drinks will be served now properly, how great!! ❤️🤍🥳🥳 thanks so much Füli and Barack! I have the bestest friends ever 🥰🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

long time no see! First of all, I missed you all! ❤️🤍

I really try my best to make hooman woman posting for me, but she has too much work. Now finally as a BDay present she agreed! 🥳🥳🥳 and not just once, she promised to be here again regularly. Yeayy! 🥳🥳 she said we cannot catch up on your posts from the past half year, it is just too much 😪 but she promised to catch up as of now. Please remind her in case she forgets again 🙏🏼

You might know I visited in March/April India this year, incl my brother and our friend Fiona. We made a round trip in Rajasthan. I show you today some impressions. Hope you will like them.

* Pic 1: me in front (actually back) of the famous Taj Mahal in Agra, India.
* Pic 2: Sunrise in Grand Haveli Resort in Nawalgarh
* Pic 3&4: View over Jaisalmer Fort from the Rooftop Bar of Gulaal Boutique Hotel and a nice door found on my walk in the Fort.
* Pic 5: Jaswant Thada, Jodhpur. A white marble memorial built in 1899 in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II by his son.
* Pic 6: Sas-Bahu Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu in Nagda village, 23 km from Udaipur. Built by King Mahipala in the 11th century for his wife, who was a devotee of Lord Vishnu.
* Pic 7&8: Taking a Camel ride in Desert National Park Sudasari, Jaisalmer and telling my brother to join me but he is still a bit sceptical. Do you think he finally dared? 😅
* Pic 9: On a safari in Ranthambhore-Nationalpark to see tigers. What do you think, did I see any? 🐅🐅🐅
* 10: walking the streets of a bazar in Old Delhi.

Dear friends,

and there we are, just exactly half a year after I finished my 2 weeks round trip in Japan, hooman woman managed to post the last destination I visited: Osaka. Lets just give her a big hurray for her excellent speed, shall we? 😅😤😤🙈

I also documented how she wanted to feed me to a lion in Osaka (pic 4), you see? It was at the most notably unique Namba Yasaka Shrine (1974) with an enormous lion's head stage (12 meters high). Its eyes are lights, and its nose is a speaker! 😁 From the belief the huge open mouth will swallow any evil spirits plaguing you, leaving you only good luck for succeeding in business or school-related ventures. So it turned out this nice lion did not want to eat me, but bring me luck in my business, yeayy 🥳🥳🍀🍀 Hooman woman, you better start work!!! 🧐

I also visited Osaka Castle (pic 1-2), Osaka Port (pic 5), and Dotonbori district filled with restaurants, street food, bars, clubs, and all kind of entertainment (pic 7-9). Here you also find the iconic Glico running man (pic 10), the symbol of Glico's first product, an "energy" candy caramel with added glycogen giving you enough energy to run 300 metres. Yeayy!

Dear friends,

let me bring you a bit of cuteness today from Nara, Japan. Please meet the most polite deers in the world, the Nara sika deers, who are bowing to great you! Just have a look on the video, swipe. How cute and polite are they, isn't it amazing?! ☺️

You can buy deer crackers in the park made of wheat flour and rice bran, developed to their needs. It is important not to feed them with human food!

But Nara has really a lot to offer, and not only the deers. Originally known as Yamato, Nara was Japan’s first capital and the seat of the Emperor with 1,300 years of art and architecture. Nara is home to eight temples, shrines, and ruins. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
So in case you visit Japan, do not miss Nara! I can only recommend!

Kyōto is really a fantastic city. I already showed you the bamboo forest and Fushimi Inari with the thousends of torii gates, but Kyōto has so many other beautiful places. Let me show you a few more:

1/2: Kimono Forest at Arashiyama Station
(Around 600 pillars clustered like a forest with traditional Kyo-yuzen style kimonos displayed on each of the pillars, illuminated by led lights at night)

3: Kinkaku-ji Buddhist temple
4: Hōkan-ji Temple
5: Kiyomizu-dera Temple
6-7: Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka streets in Higashiyama-ku
8: View from Inari Bridge
9: Gion district, Gionmachi Minamigawa, Hanamikoji Street
10: Nishiki market

Dear friends,
another favorite spot of mine in Kyoto was Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, even though it is much smaller than I expected (only 300 meter walking trail between the bamboo, as I learned after). Sadly some side trails were closed, too. But nevertheless, the view is really spectaculare 😍

In Japan, bamboo groves are viewed as a clever means of warding off evil, while the bamboo is seen as a symbol of strength. Good, that I have so much bamboo around the house 😁🥳

This bamboo forest is mostly made up of a particular type of bamboo called Moso Bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis). They grow up to 28 meter!

PS: if you visit I recommend to walk through to Ogura Hyakunin literary garden and Sagano Bamboo Grove (you will find them on Google maps). This area is not that crowded and you will find here nice bamboos too 😍

Dear friends,

what is the first picture coming to your mind when thinking of Japan? For me torii gates ⛩️, maybe because of their color 😍❤️

The best place to see thousands of vermilion (orange-red) torii gates ⛩️⛩️⛩️ is at the Fushimi Inari Taisha (711). It is the head shrine of Inari, the Shinto god of rice and patron of business.

Based on a legend, the locals believe that rice cake was thrown into the air and turned into a swan. The swan then flew to the peak of Mount Inari. Soon after, rice started growing on the mountain and this became the head shrine for Inari Okami.

The hike to the summit of 233m Mount Inari (a great view over Kyoto) is about 5km and is covered with the beutiful torii gates. The torii gates along the entire trail are donations (ca. 400k - 1mio Yen!). You will find the donator's name and the date of the donation inscribed on the back of each gate. The reddish/orange colour of the gates represents the sun.

Dear friends,
you know what was the greatest experience among all the beauty I saw in Japan? Making a new friendship! 👫
I met my insta friend Julia @juli_oli7 who showed me her favorite place, one of the largest flower garden in Japan (230.000 m2!): Nabana no Sato in Nagoya.

This beautiful garden has seasonal events, you can enjoy here a spa as well and one of the largest illuminations in Japan with a 200 meter long light tunnel. Unfortunately we had to leave before sunset and missed that, but hey, a reason to come back, right? ☺️

Thanks so much Julia for your friendship, for all the nice presents and for showing me this incredible place which I would have never ever seen without you (and without instagram 😅)! 🫶🫶🫶
