Another season over with an amazing group of people. The players, parents and coaching staff were absolutely awesome. The support they gave and the buy in was next level and we all made lifelong friends! To my main man @johnelli_t my co-coach, forever grateful for always having my back and holding me back!you more than deserve your own team! Charina our manager the mum of the team we couldn’t have done it without you! As for me, time to take a hiatus. People don’t realise the time effort and energy that goes into being a volunteer coach, it’s a massive commitment that I just don’t have the time for right now. Lock in! by @therealjeffphillips

It’s surreal to see the series I created (my life’s work) on Tubi, but my excitement is overshadowed by betrayal. I created the concept and entrusted its production to someone who exploited my trust, profited from it, and claimed it as their own. This experience has cost me financially and personally and I urge you not to support it as it was built on lies, deceit and plagiarism. I will be fighting it and I will stop at nothing until justice prevails. by @therealjeffphillips

This is hilarious. If you want to see the hypocrisy, the conceitedness and narcissism rife in the martial arts world, look no further than this post by @therealjeffphillips

It’s a shame it has come to this but when someone steals from you with no compensation it has to be done. #usdc #ultimateselfdefensechampionship #training #selfdefece #selfdefense by @therealjeffphillips
