Throwing back to the Birthday Cake Truffles 🎂 I made for last week’s treat boxes - almost the size of meatballs! The bigger, the better right? 😂

When life gives you lemons… bake a tart! And do it with passion 🙃

Throwing back to a Vegan Lemon & Passionfruit Tart topped with whipped coconut cream and passionfruit coulis that I baked for a friend’s birthday earlier this week 🍋

This whole #MaiMakes thing started off as a fun hobby/project so it warms my heart to be able to bake for you all during lockdown while also being able to do what I truly enjoy! And when I receive feedback like this (swipe right 🥲), it makes it all worth it and honestly it’s the best feeling, ever.

And with that, October will be the last month I’ll be taking weekly orders (last day will be 23 October). There’s going to be a couple changes to how I’ll take orders for the coming weeks which I’ll announce via stories tomorrow.

Thanks y’all for ordering and for the support over the last couple months. I’ve had a blast ✌🏼

📸 Thanks @gramtheftphoto for the photo and happy birthday again xx

There’s something soothing about melted chocolate ganache… enough to make your tart melt 😜

Chocolate ganache & Biscoff tart with a sweet butter crust that went out with the treat boxes this weekend.

Should I make more treat boxes? Comment below with the type of treats you’d like in these picnic ready boxes! 🧺🍰

Malt in the mouth 🤤 The newest cookie to the classics range of Maighty Cookies - Malted Maltesers!

Thinner than its thiccer counterparts, but still soft and chewy. A droolworthy combo of malted milk, crushed Maltesers, Callebaut Belgian milk chocolate and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt 🤤

Another fun lockdown purchase 😄

What do you think of these embossed versions replacing the usual black on brown stickers? (Say you like it so I can justify the purchase 🙏🏼😂)

Think I definitely need to get some plain gold stickers to emboss though! 😍

Introducing the new vegan cookie: the Darkest Chocolate Peanut Butter cookie there ever was.

Experimented with black cocoa for the first time and it resulted in the richest, chocolatey cookie I’ve ever made. The dark (almost black) colour may be intimidating, but think of the taste as being as rich in chocolate as an Oreo 🤤 add to that some salty peanut butter et voila!
