Was it the powers my son gave me before the match?
Was it my Puerto Rican @herdathletics belt?! 🇵🇷
Or was it my team hyping me up?!

Idk… might’ve been all three 😂🤷🏽‍♂️

What I DO know… 300 lb CLEAN & PRESS PR ON THE COMP FLOOR 🔥

One of my favorite moments this season. The lift was big, but the love at the end was bigger. 🤞🏽 by @therealsodiff

Rookie szn 🐺❤️

Man… this one hurts.

One match away from playing for a championship. As an ALL rookie team. Something that’s never been done before.

I ain’t gonna lie, this loss hurts different. Not just because we fell short, but because of everything it took to get here.

The injuries, traveling, long weekends, time away from family, and sacrifices that came with it.

I came into this season wanting to compete, prove to myself I still had it, and show that I belonged. But somewhere along the way, this became about way more than me.

I had to check my ego, put my pride to the side, trust my teammates, accept my role, and learn to be coachable. That wasn’t always easy 😂 but I needed it.

Before anything, I gotta thank my family. ❤️

Y’all sacrificed just as much as I did. Every weekend I was gone, every moment I missed, every time I came home exhausted or beat up. I know me chasing this meant y’all had to give up time with me too.

And I don’t take that lightly.

I hope I made y’all proud, because none of this would’ve meant nearly as much without you being part of it. Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to chase something I love. I love y’all more than words can explain.

To my teammates… man, what a fucking ride.

A bunch of rookies came together, put their egos aside, and came within ONE match of playing for a championship.

We really did that.

I hate that we fell short. I wanted one more match with y’all. BAD. But I’m proud as hell of what we accomplished together. Nobody can take that from us.

And as grateful as I am for this experience, don’t get it twisted…

I’m nowhere near satisfied.

This season humbled me, challenged me, and reminded me just how much I love to compete.

I still got more to give, more to learn, and a whole lot more to prove.

I’m leaving this season bruised up, emotional, grateful, and proud. But that hunger? If anything, it’s stronger now.

Didn’t get the ending we wanted.

But I ain’t done yet.

Hell of a rookie year.

Somewhere in America…

I’m learning the strongest part of me was never my body.

It was my mind. 🥷🏾 by @therealsodiff

Yeah… it’s time.

Been sitting on this one for a minute.
9 records. Different feelings. Different situations. All connected somehow.

What makes this one even crazier to me is my daughter Abby wrote the lyrics to this whole project. I got to take her words and turn them into something we can actually listen to. That alone makes this one different for me.

Funny how music can bring you right back to a moment you thought was gone.

EVERYTHING CHANGED is more than an album to us, it’s part of our story.

If you listen today, don’t just hit shuffle. Start at Track 1 and let it play.

Then come back and tell me your favorite song.
