Please welcome Warren to The Room team 🖤

Warren is Diploma of Pilates qualified, which means hundreds of hours of training across the full Pilates system: mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels. He did the long road on purpose because he wanted to really know the work, not just teach the trend.

His classes blend classical and contemporary Pilates with a strength based edge, so expect smart cueing, solid technique and a burn you’ll feel the next day.

You’ll find him on the timetable every Thursday night teaching Reformer at 5:30pm / 6:30pm and Hot Mat at 7:30pm.
