The Redsbaby NUVO² makes getting out and about so much easier, from navigating bumps and different terrains with a smooth, easy-to-steer ride to having all the space in the generous 15kg storage basket. Since having Mana, I’ve realised how easy it is to forget about the little things that make such a big difference in how you feel.

Over the next few months, I really want to make my health a priority again and be more consistent with the habits that help me feel good both physically and mentally.

Adding @kissedearth creatine into my morning routine is one of those little things I can do for myself even on the days where sleep deprivation is doing its thing.

I’m committing to show up for myself a little more one habit at a time!

Slide 2 & 4 would’ve sent pre baby me into a panic… but to my surprise, I genuinely like this version of me more.

I used to worry that becoming a mum would make me lose myself, but in reality, it’s actually just made it a lot harder to perform a version of myself that wasn’t really me.

Now please tell me one of yours! 🤎 by @therileymay

Agency owner vs working mum: same 5am start, very different days. Here’s how we both make time for ourselves anyway x
