We built a coffee shop that we wish existed.

Located in Toronto, The Roasters Pack Lab is a reservation-only, 8-seat cafe that serves a curated list of specialty coffee. You’ll be able to try anything from coffee flights to matcha flights, to rare and competition coffees, and a limited menu with espresso-based beverages.

The space is designed to slow down the coffee-drinking experience, where we can showcase what excites us about these coffees. We hope you enjoy the lab experience just as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together.

From pour overs, to espresso-based beverages, to a variety of flights - everything is here for a reason. Our menu was designed to not only be rare and unique, but also approachable. Come by and grab a seat - we are so excited to share these coffees with you.

Just as our coffees are sourced with intention, we approached our drinkware with the same values.

It’s more than just an aesthetic choice; the size, colour, and material of a cup are all part of the sensory experience. It’s a small detail, but it’s an extra layer to the experience we want you to have with us.

BAR TAKEOVER. MATT WINTON FEAT. PLY PASARJ.

This Sunday from 10am-2pm, we’re thrilled to host @matt_winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champion) and @coffeewithply (2021 World Brewers Cup Finalist) for a special guest bar takeover at The Lab.

They’ll be brewing a carefully curated pour-over menu and select espresso beverages. Come by to taste some extraordinary brews and take home a bag of @rose_coffee_roasters while you’re at it. ✨
