Another day, another container…

This time from our great friends @semillacoffee. It is the first container to arrive with us all the way from Guatemala.

Not only are these coffees incredible, they are true impact coffees!

Check out the story of the indigenous Xinca people on their unbelievable battle with the Guatemalan Government and the Canadian owned silver mines!

Truly inspirational!!! 🩶💪🔥

‘Twas the night before NI AeroPress 2026

The main event is almost here! Many people will leave with prizes and goodies (more to come on that 👀) but only one will leave with the coveted golden AeroPress and a trip to the world finals in Mexico City. Who will it be..?

None of this would be possible without our amazing sponsors, like @imfroasters. Some might say they’re the beating heart of @theroastworks ! taken in Boucher Road by @theroastworks

Yeoooooooooooo! The Northern Ireland AeroPress Championship is back.

This year we’re returning to The Roast Works on Sunday 23rd August for another day of joy, triumph and humiliation as 40 competitors go head-to-head for the chance to represent Northern Ireland at the 2026 World AeroPress Championship in Mexico City. 🇲🇽

Whether you’re planning to compete or just fancy cheering everyone on, we’d love to see you there. More details on tickets and competitor applications coming very soon. 👀

We’re also looking for sponsors and volunteers to help make this the best NI AeroPress Championship yet. If you’d like to get involved, drop us a DM or send an email to phil@exemplarcoffee.com. We’d love to chat! taken in Boucher Road by @theroastworks
