They say “don’t buy rentals right now.”

Meanwhile… I’m still buying in Oregon.

Not because I’m chasing quick cash flow — but because I understand the long game.

Oregon rentals pay you 4 ways:
• Appreciation
• Loan paydown
• Tax advantages
• Inflation protection

Cash flow is nice.
Wealth is built with time + population growth + leverage.

I’m not playing the short game. I’m stacking doors in the PNW and letting time do the heavy lifting.
