HYROX BKK 2026 — Men’s Relay 🏁

Decided to book a little group class with the lads. Mild jog, pushed a few things around, pulled a few other things back.

One mission. Several sled-related incidents. Questionable chain of command.

Stellar unit. Mission accomplished. Would deploy with these gentlemen again. Awaiting next assignment. 🫡 taken in Bangkok, Thailand by @therobhess

Dusted the legs off in BKK 🇹🇭

Linked up with my boy and fellow retired athlete Dan @soiathlete — between life, work, and different continents, we don’t really get reps together… so we try to make the competition count.

Second home always delivers — great energy, great people, and always good having the crew around.

Big thank you to @lululemonsoutheastasia for keeping us fresh (Dan’s improvised crop top was… elite) and to the @garmin_thailand team for looking after us.

Grateful for the day and how it all came together.

Just another chill Saturday morning at the Hyrox gym with the boy @soiathlete No big deal, just a casual workout that left me questioning my life choices. Thanks @traininggroundsukhumvit69 and @summitgymhuahin for the opportunity—it was a blast! And special thanks to judge @nic.buhat for your patience and for putting up with us!
