There appears to be 2 weird camps forming here ….

Camp 1- Think being compliant gives them an automatic pass on them being a ‘good’ property sourcer. It’s not.

Camp 2- literally makes every excuse under the sun to avoid ever getting complaint because someone told them on a free webinar once that they don’t need to.

When actually it’s pretty simple, we can clear this up for you right here, right now.

Step 1. Start your education/ learning. Get confident. Be sure this is the path for you.

Step 2. Back yourself and your new business and pay to get complaint (about £1000)

Step 3. Safely and securely start sourcing deals for clients!

The end 💃😝

& here’s why…

YES it’s true.. I learned more about the property market through sourcing than I ever did when I was buying property. ✅

YES it’s true… by default in this game you build a network because you have no choice . And network comes with huge opportunity. ✅

AND YES ITS TRUE… property is a long game and bringing a cash flow business in to support you is an excellent move ✅

BUT (big but)…

Sourcing simply isn’t the default strategy for if you ‘can’t buy property’

It’s complex.
It takes time to build.
You HAVE to be genuinely hungry for it.
Available for it.

If you are, fantastic - I can definitely help you.

But let’s not start marketing it like anybody should do it. by @thesourcingvault

Some people call that a fail…

I see it as a healthy pipeline. LIFE.

Deals fall out of bed? Normal!
Things happen out of your control? Normal!

Sulking for the rest of the day, only to realise you’re a bad bitch and you pick that phone straight back up 📞
