To honour God and inspire men.

Being a speaker at the RCCG International Youth Convention, where I had the privilege of speaking at the Education Syndicate session, was an experience I am deeply grateful for.

Beyond the opportunity to share my thoughts on education, I was in awe of the vision, scale, and magnitude of Redemption City. Seeing what has been built through a vision led by daddy @pastoreaadeboyeofficial, anchored in serving God and impacting humanity was a powerful reminder of what can happen when people commit themselves to a purpose greater than themselves.

It made me reflect on the power of vision, the courage to start, and the commitment required to build something that outlives you and impacts generations.

My sincere appreciation to @rccgyayaglobal for the invitation and for creating the opportunity to contribute to such an important conversation about education and the future of young people.

As someone passionate about reimagining education in Nigeria and across Africa, I do not take opportunities like this for granted. Every platform is an opportunity to contribute to the conversations and work that will shape the future of our young people.

Thank you, RCCG YAYA, for having me. And thank you to the visionaries whose obedience to God continues to inspire generations.

Steven Loya is an educational consultant, entrepreneurship educator, innovation leader, speaker, and advocate for future-ready learning, passionate about equipping young people with the skills, mindset, and opportunities needed to create meaningful impact.

He serves as the Coordinator for Entrepreneurship and Students Experience at Wellspring College, where he leads initiatives that integrate entrepreneurship, skills-based learning, innovation, vocational education, and project-based learning. His work is focused on creating learning experiences that move beyond the classroom and develop creativity, problem-solving, leadership, and real-world competence.

Steven also serves as the Lead of STEAM Innovation Foundation, collaborating with schools and educators across Africa to advance STEAM education and equip the next generation of innovators and changemakers. He has designed entrepreneurship and vocational programmes, established school innovation hubs, and facilitated learning experiences for young people, educators, and school leaders.

A regular speaker and facilitator at education, leadership, and youth development platforms, Steven has shared insights on entrepreneurship education, innovation, skills development, and the future of learning. His work continues to challenge young people to think beyond conventional boundaries, develop valuable skills, and become active contributors to the future they envision.
