Relaxed doesn’t mean unprepared.

One of the most overlooked skills in shooting is learning to remove unnecessary tension. You can be focused, prepared and ready to perform without being rigid.

Excess tension creates excess movement. Relaxed shoulders and body allow you to move more quickly, more naturally, and react more efficiently to execute the fundamentals without fighting yourself.

The goal isn’t to try harder.
The goal is to be ready—and let the training do its job.

Through consistent, purposeful repetition, you build predictability.

When you know where your sights are going to settle on presentation—and where they’ll return during recoil—you begin to remove unnecessary confirmation from the process.

The goal isn’t to rush the shot. It’s to build enough consistency that you can trust what the pistol is going to do.

Predictability creates confidence. Confidence creates efficiency. And efficiency creates speed.
