Enchanted by the extraordinary world of @sabyasachiofficial

Delivered with love, friendship and a serious measure of genius. 137 chandeliers, 600 or so rugs, but how many animals? We’ll never know!

The elephants came and so did the Royal Presidents, the stars, musicians, Mark’s family and dear friends and champions to rally for @greatelephantmigration 🌿

At home, the last five years have been dominated by a singular dream. To bring 100 elephants into London and spread a positive message of #coexistence with nature.

This has been Ruth’s dream.

A beautiful vision that, at times, has been too stressful for words.

Ultimately determination, positivity, grit and loyalty to the force of a man who started all of this, Mark Shand, won.

Congratulations to the exceptional heart and rod of steel that is Ganesh, who made it happen. The extraordinarily skilled conservationists and creators @therealeleco and to @fihumphrey @georgebutlerillustration the powerful friendship of @gbritton7 @donnaair @mrterryhart @alimasch @joffmomo and the team of die-hards from my beloved @elephantfamily.

A lump sum of £1.3m raised on the night adds to everything else that has been raised so far. It will be an impressive total with the power to fund important work in the field.

Money though, is the easiest thing to measure. The unquantifiable joy and response from London is the other half of the coin. And how that shines brightly.

It was your night @mrsganesh100. We are all so proud.

London. Leg Three. A global migration is underway!

🐘🐘🐘As an ambassador for @elephantfamily it wonderful to see the elephant migration start across London as part of the biggest environmental campaign of the year @coexistence.story

110 elephants are heading in the direction of Green Park where they are expected to appear on 14th June. This epic migration of elephants is made up of herds journeying from @sudeleycastle @waddesdonmanor_nt, @dukeofyorksquare and @pavilionroad

❤️🌎As this giant herd migrates, they invite you to share space with the wild world. Asian elephants are icons for sharing space with the human race as they successfully live in human-dominated landscapes.

🚚Migration made possible by @ibi_international_logistics
🌳Welcomed by @theroyalparks
❤️Presented by the wild hearts at @Xerjoff who invite you to #spraytohelp with CoExistence perfumes
🐘In partnership with @Elephantfamily and @therealeleco

What a memorable thrill to be part of this team who have raised £390,000 for #thefelixproject. I'm centimetres away from reaching my target, would love your help to get my page over the line. You'll be helping to rescue and deliver perfect food for vulnerable Londoners.

Remembering the strange and lovely shapes that floated by last week. The trip took us 80 degrees north to ice and landscapes surprisingly full of life.
It felt wild, but much of the wildlife depends on ice which is in rapid retreat. Since the 1980s we have lost more than a million sq miles of Arctic sea ice. By 2050 less than 200,000 sq miles are projected to remain. Travelling with @tpw_foundation it was good to hear how much we can and must do. The oceans are the largest carbon sink in the world. The Perfect World Foundation is embarking on a large tree planting project to absorb CO2 from the air and help the oceans 🌊🌳 taken in Svalbard by @thetreesarealive
