Lost an incredible mentor and friend this week. Grandmaster Tsai immersed me in Chinese culture and the secrets of ancient Qi Gong and Kung Fu. He taught me how to break bricks with a slap and how to steal hearts with words. Most of all he taught me that having a victim mentality will get you nowhere in life.
