Comment NOVEMBER and I’ll send you the content planner so you can do this with your own business. If you’re building a personal brand and still wondering what to post, this is what we’re doing for November. It’s not that hard once you’ve got a plan. You’ve literally got 61 days left this year to make an impact. Time to lock in. by @thevaleriaramirez
Is anyone else feeling like everyone and their dog suddenly moved to Claude… while you’re still yapping to ChatGPT? That was me. Then I went to @nfogdenmoore’s Women’s AI Boardroom Retreat, where @ai_herway showed us one prompt that completely changed how I use Claude. Instead of expecting Claude to magically know how I work, it interviews me first, then turns my process into a “Skill” I’ve refined the prompt and used it to build Skills for content auditing, carousels, and getting way more organised. Comment CLAUDE and I’ll send you the prompt. Want to join the next Women’s AI Boardroom Retreat in Noosa (Aug 6–8)? Comment WAITLIST and I’ll send you the details. #ai #claude #personalbranding #contentcreation by @thevaleriaramirez
Is your feed looking a little copy-and-paste lately? I swear I saw this exact post five scrolls ago. I get it. Originality is rare. We’re all inspired by what we watch but there’s a difference between borrowing a format and copying someone’s whole post or entire business plan! And there’s an art to borrowing well. Take the structure: the hook, the pacing, the way the story unfolds. Then bring your own story, opinion, examples and words. It’s also not a great growth strategy. Instagram’s recommendations are built to surface content people find interesting and original. If your post feels like one they’ve already seen, people may keep scrolling. And the algorithm notices how they respond. I’ve made a library of formats I’ve saved, with instructions on how to adapt them for your own content and personal brand. Comment STEAL and I’ll send it to you by @thevaleriaramirez
Sorry not sorry but it’s not the algorithm. your content’s boring because chatgpt wrote it 🫠 and we can all tell! I went old school for a week and opted out of putting every idea through chatgpt and Claude… pen, paper, tearing pages out, crossing stuff out. clunky at first. then my brain came back online and honestly? i’m not giving it back. try it. here’s how: log out of every AI app. all of them. delete them off your phone if you have to buy a cheap notebook and keep it on you every idea goes on paper first. messy is the point cross out, tear out, start again. that’s the process working record a voice note of you explaining your best idea out loud, like you’re telling a friend write your caption from that voice note, in your own words do it for 7 days, then tell me what happened Let’s bring your brain back online! Trust me, there’s some good stuff in there and we all can’t wait to hear it. Are you willing to try this? by @thevaleriaramirez
Tag and send this to that friend you’re proud of that had the guts to show up this week. by @thevaleriaramirez
Claude Code has changed the game for me. If I can think of a little tool that would make my life easier, I can try to build it. Like a daily founder brief. It checks my Gmail and Google Calendar, then pulls out the emails that need a reply, what’s coming up and what needs my attention today. A few fewer things to keep open in my brain. The 39 tabs on my laptop are a separate problem. Want the step-by-step guide, including how to connect Gmail and Google Calendar? Comment BRIEF and I’ll send it to you. by @thevaleriaramirez
Before you rush to get Claude to edit all your Reels, there’s one thing I wish I’d understood: “make it engaging” can turn into a lot of unnecessary noise. I asked Claude AI to edit my Instagram Reel. It added zooms, cuts and pings. Then someone said the zooms gave them a headache, and someone else said the pings were too loud in their headphones. Fair. If you’re using Claude for video editing, give it visual direction. For a talking-to-camera Reel, try this: - Keep the framing steady. Use a subtle zoom only to emphasise a key point. - Cut dead space, but leave natural pauses. - Keep captions clean and easy to read. Skip the bouncing words. - Use a transition when the scene or idea changes. Skip sound effects that don’t add anything. The edit should help people stay with what you’re saying. It doesn’t need to compete with you. I’m sharing the prompts and instructions I use to create my Claude editor. Comment EDITOR and I’ll send them to you. by @thevaleriaramirez
Did I miss your industry? Comment it below and I’ll come up with a mini-series idea for yours. Instagram long-form video could be a chance to make the kind of content that doesn’t fit in a 30-second Reel. I’ve put together Instagram video series ideas for different industries, from astrology and interior design to food, photography and business. The trick is to give each episode a little plot: a question, something to watch unfold, and a payoff. Don’t just explain what you do. Show the chart reading, the renovation decision, the recipe nearly going rogue, the client brief becoming a shoot. Your business is probably more watchable than you think. You’ve just been cutting out the plot. Pick one mini-series idea you could make again and again. Keep the set-up simple, film the process and let the story do its thing. by @thevaleriaramirez
Ok ok ok, don’t panic. Instagram may be asking you to become a production company between client meetings, but this could actually be a two-birds-one-stone situation. If you’ve been thinking, I can’t make YouTube and Instagram content, make one longer episode and use it in both places. Then cut the best bits into Reels. One story. More than one place to watch it. @garyvee has been saying for years: document the work. Maybe now Instagram’s making more room for the whole story. My 2027 prediction: longer viewing means more ad dollars, and eventually a reason for platforms to pay creators. That part hasn’t been announced. It’s my bet. Don’t buy a camera. Start with one thing you already do that people would watch unfold. Comment PRODUCER and I’ll send you my guide to planning your first mini-series. by @thevaleriaramirez
We’ve got no time to waste. There’s still time to lock in this year and set yourself up for your most successful 2027. Because having a personal brand and an audience gives you OPTIONS. More ways to earn. More freedom to choose how you work. Opportunities you don’t even know exist yet. You’re allowed to want your piece of the creator economy. But people need to know you exist first. I grew my Instagram from 9,500 to 50K in 90 days. That brought new clients, new income streams and invitations into rooms I wasn’t in before. So I’m setting myself a new goal: 100K by the end of 2026. And I’m sharing everything I’ve learnt about growing an account, building an audience and becoming known online. This is part one. Comment PART1 and I’ll send you the guide with the questions, Reel hooks and content strategy breakdown so you can put it into practice. Follow for part two, where we get into what makes people go from liking your post to becoming slightly obsessed with everything you put out. by @thevaleriaramirez
Hot take: your yaps might not need a better hook. They might need a little more oomph in the delivery. When you talk to someone face-to-face, you get nods, smiles, little signs they’re listening. On camera? Tiny lens. Your own reflection. Dead silence. Weird AF. If you bring your normal conversational energy to a Reel, it can come across a little flat, even when you’ve got something good to say. Before you rewrite the hook, decide how you want people to feel. Get yourself into that mood, then give your voice and face a bit more to work with. Save this so you remember to turn it up a notch. Your yap may be innocent 😉 If you want to show up better online and build your brand for 2027 (including how to edit Reels like this with Claude), applications for BECOME KNOWN my 4 month hands on brand building Mastermind are closing soon. Comment KNOWN to apply. by @thevaleriaramirez
Guilty of all of this at some point when I was building my personal brand. 😬 I’d screenshot someone else’s Instagram post, ask ChatGPT to make it sound like me, then wonder why my content felt … borrowed. AI can help with hooks, captions and content ideas. It can’t decide what you want to be known for or build the point of view that makes your personal brand memorable. That takes more than a clever Instagram caption. You need the mindset to be visible, a clear brand foundation, a content strategy you can actually use, and people who keep you accountable while you practise. That’s what we work on inside Become Known: personal branding, Instagram content and the foundations for becoming known for something. Next intake is coming up. Comment KNOWN and I’ll send you the details. by @thevaleriaramirez
