Of course, we are having Temi' Adelana @theverifiedwman join the conversation as well.

She is the Founder & General Partner of Herlign, the platform building the Women's Economic Garden for Africa, nurturing and grooming NXT GEN women as they move from potential to participation, and participation to enterprise. She is also the visionary behind TNN Club.

She joins Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi and Mrs. Nnanke Essien to round out an incredible lineup for TNN Convos Lagos.

She'll be leading the conversation on October 15th, and we can't wait to hear her perspective.

Theme: Back to Business – The New Narrative for NXT GEN Women.

Watch LIVE at 5PM WAT on @thenewnarrativeclub.

I am of the firm belief that we must reset the foundations to make room for the NXT GEN; youths, builders, entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, and people simply trying to find their place and contribute meaningfully to society.

Glad to find myself in rooms that shape policies, practices and conversations across various sectors. Beautiful invitation from @abchealthafrica to speak at @theasisummit 2026

While the core of my work is focused on the NXT GEN Woman, I increasingly recognise that the work must also speak to something much bigger: The kind of society we are building for the next generation of people.

We cannot keep asking young people to thrive within systems that were not designed with their realities, aspirations or future in mind.

We need to rethink the foundations.

Education that prepares people for life and work.
Infrastructure that enables participation.
Economic opportunities that create mobility.
Social development systems that provide support and protection.
Communities that nurture people.
Institutions that make room for new ideas, new builders and new leadership.

People should not only be prepared to survive the systems we inherited.

They should be equipped to build better ones.

This is why my work with the NXT GEN Woman matters to me. It is not simply about empowering women. It is about helping build a generation of women who can participate, build, lead, own, create value and influence the systems around them.

And perhaps the larger question is one we all need to sit with:

What foundations are we building today for the people who will inherit tomorrow?

Because the future will not simply happen.

That’s why I have gotten involved, one person, one institution, one business, one community and one foundation at a time. @herlign_ @thenewnarrativeclub @globalgirlsfestival @the67company_

God is cooking! and you are going to need lots of elbow room for your growing family. You are going to take over whole nations; you are going to resettle abandoned cities.

Don't be afraid , you're not going to be embarrassed. Don't hold back, you're not going to come up short. You'll forget all about the humiliations of your youth, and the indignities of being a widow will fade from memory.

For your Maker is your bridegroom, his name, God-of-the-Angel-Armies! Your Redeemer is The Holy of Israel, known as God of the whole earth.

@gaisebaba & @kaestrings thank you for this powerful song.

Building a business that can scale sustainably requires more than individual effort—it demands an ecosystem engineered for long-term growth and strategic partnerships.

We are proud to introduce @theverifiedwman as an official speaker for the Africa SME Assembly 2026. Temi’ is a highly accomplished strategic venture builder and ecosystem architect dedicated to designing platforms and pipelines that maximize economic participation across the continent.

She is the Founder & General Partner of Herlign, a dynamic venture studio, and the driving force behind the Women's Economic Garden for Africa—an infrastructure built specifically to guide next-generation founders from raw potential into market leadership and asset ownership.

With over 12 years of deep operating experience across community building, ecosystem development, and the food innovation space, her expertise spans major pillars of Nigeria's startup landscape. She has lent her strategic analytical lens as an expert startup judge for premier platforms including Lagos Startup Week, Ogun Tech Summit, Ibadan Startup Fest, Startup Grind, and The AI Summit, evaluating high-growth businesses and innovative concepts.

She will be live at the Africa SME Assembly in Ikeja, Lagos this October to pull back the curtain on how founders, investors, and innovators can build robust internal structures, navigate strategic alliances, and position their enterprises for sustainable regional scale. Give your business development strategy the corporate upgrade it deserves.

The 99 is wholesome 🫂

It’s a place where you can come just as you are and encounter Jesus.

God’s presence is tangible. Hearts are healed. Burdens are lifted. And somehow, whatever you came in carrying, you don’t leave with it.

There’s a move of the Spirit that you can’t manufacture. You can only experience it.

This is the 99.

Christ at the centre. Love in the room. Community around you. And Jesus meeting you right where you are.

Come and see 🫶 by @theverifiedwman
