If you haven’t heard construction is well underway over at Ellsworth and Elliott where the second location of The Wave will soon be!

There will be two big rooms; one for all things Pilates and the second will be set up for our open floor classes including all we currently offer plus aerial and bungee fitness and we are SO excited to bring this to our amazing community.

Don’t worry—we are doing lots of research and practice to help keep everyone safe and having so much fun!! The ab strengthening we are all going to get just from the laughing is something we are looking forward to the most!!

That fun and joy and the intention behind learning to practice trust and surrender is what it’s really all about. We definitely hope you’re joining us and if you’re not a part of The Wave yet; it’s a really great time to join as we have extended our Black Friday deals through the end of the week which includes the incredible gift of wellness (12 classes and 2 red light therapy and 30 days to focus on feeling so good!). DM us with any questions. Wishing you a fabulous (and FUN) Friday!! 🥳🙌🫶 taken in East Mesa, Arizona by @thewavepilates

Ever wanted to feel like you’re flying? 🪂

Bungee fitness is low impact, full body, and honestly so much fun you forget you’re working out. You’ll laugh, you’ll sweat, and you’ll leave wondering why you didn’t try it sooner.

And it’s Friendship month at Wave 💛 The best workouts are better with your people, so grab a friend and come float with us.
