POSTS STORIES REELS

From Fat Man to Ultra Man.
I bumped into my photographer friend Lee down at the beach today. The first time his camera shutter clicked was December 26th, 2022.
Between those two photos lies a 40-month journey-and a 140-pound (10 stone) difference.
But here’s what they don’t tell you about losing that much weight:
• The mental shift is jarring: Your presence and self-worth completely change, yet somehow, you still see your old self in the mirror. Ironically, I feel more self-conscious about my body now than I did before.
• Your circle evolves: Your friendship groups change. You naturally start surrounding yourself with people who align with your vision, goals, and drive.
• It becomes a passion: You want to pay it forward. You find yourself constantly talking about running, fitness, and the gym because you just want to help others experience the breakthrough.
I don’t post this to show off. I post this to remind anyone who needs to hear it: you can chase your dreams, and you can do hard things. #weightloss #fitness #motivation #fitnessmotivation by @thewellnesswarrior_

🏅 Medal Monday🏅

This week, we’re dedicating Medal Monday to the amazing @thewellnesswarrior_ who at the weekend took on the incredible challenge of The Wall 70 Mile Ultramarathon in support of Red Sky Foundation.

Covering 70 miles is an outstanding achievement and takes extraordinary determination, resilience and dedication. Graham’s commitment to raising vital funds and awareness for Red Sky Foundation is truly inspiring.

As if completing a 70-mile ultramarathon wasn’t enough, yesterday Graham was back cheering on our Coast to Coast team as they arrived home following their own incredible challenge. His support for others is every bit as inspiring as his own achievements.

A true legend, an incredible supporter, and a valued Red Sky teammate. From everyone at Red Sky Foundation, thank you for everything you do. We are so proud to have you as part of our Red Sky family. ❤️

Please join us in congratulating Graham on this phenomenal achievement! 👏🏅

The Reset
When life pulls you in every direction at once—go for a run?
Lately, it’s felt like a fight on every front:
Two injuries testing my patience and trust in my own body.
20 pounds back on, feeling like heavy baggage I didn’t ask to carry.
Work pressure and life stress piling up faster than I can clear them.
Dark mornings and pitch-black nights making even getting out the door feel like a mountain.
It’s so easy to let the shadows take over—to lose sight of your own worth as a runner and forget the person you built through every hard-fought mile.
But when I actually stop and look back on the map of where I started versus where I am today, the truth speaks louder than the negativity: I have surpassed every single goal I ever set for myself.
Injured, heavier, stressed, or tired—the runner in me hasn’t vanished. The fire isn’t gone; it’s just gathering fuel.
Setback isn’t defeat; it’s just part of the story. Today, I don’t run to prove anything to anyone. I run to clear the noise, step back into my strength, and remember exactly who I am. by @thewellnesswarrior_

166 days. ⏳
The countdown to the first ultra of 2027 is officially on, and it’s time to shift gears.
No coasting, no ticking boxes. Time to take things up a notch:
🔥 Double sessions – Building strength on tired legs.
🎯 Specific sessions – Dialling into race-day demands, elevation, and pacing.
🧊 Recovery with the @wearethefeats – Respecting the reset as much as the miles.
Big goals take real structure. The rework starts today.
Let’s put in the work. 🏃💨

Movember ambasador again for 2026

Today, the beard came off. Why? Because tomorrow marks the start of Movember.

For the next 30 days, I’m growing out the mustache to raise awareness for men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and prostate and testicular cancer.
Too many men carry heavy loads in silence, pushing through without asking for help or checking in on their own health. Movember is about changing that narrative. It’s about starting real, honest conversations—whether that’s talking about how you’re really feeling or booking that long-overdue health check.
Every conversation started, every check-in made, and every bit of awareness raised can literally save a life.
How you can support:
1️⃣ Like & Share this post to spread the word and keep the conversation going.
2️⃣ Comment below—let’s check in on each other. How are you doing today, honestly?
3️⃣ Get involved! Join the movement, grow your own, move for Movember, or donate if you can.
Let’s make this month count. Who’s in with me? 👇

Low days happen. Injuries happen. But sitting on the sidelines feeling sorry for yourself doesn’t change a thing.
Day off, mind locked back in, and time to lay the foundations.
102 miles booked 🗓️
Fresh kicks 👟
New vest 🎒
New plan 📝
The comeback isn’t about hype—it’s about doing the unsexy, work every single day! Stack the days. Let’s get to work. 🔥 by @thewellnesswarrior_
