Somewhere between the dusty gravel roads, the mountain views and the third “wait, we HAVE to take a photo here” stop, we completely lost track of time ✨A few days of riding bikes, moving our bodies, eating good food and sharing adventures is pretty much our favourite way to spend a weekend.A huge thank you to @maxxistires.de for supporting this year’s The Wild Escape. 30 women*, 30 bikes, 3 days across our beautiful Tyrolean Alps - that was the Wild Escape 2026! ✨What a magical weekend, exploring gravel paths, camping next to Germany’s highest mountain (the Zugspitze!) and stretching our legs with goats and donkeys in the evening sun. The pictures above say it all - we had a blast! Thank you so much @ortlieb_waterproof to provide us with the best bikepacking bags there are. For a few women* it was actually their first bikepacking trip ever! So being able for them to experience this trip with proper bike bags really lowered the threshold into this world on two wheels for them :)And basically, that’s what @thewildescape_ is all about: creating a space, where all women* of all experience levels feel welcome and simply share a great time <3 Thanks for being part of it! 📸 credits to the amazing @vickys.visions #ortlieb_waterproof #ad #womencycling #bikepacking by @thewildescape_

And just like that The Wild Escape vol. 2 is officially a wrap 💛Honestly still trying to find the words for this weekend. 30 incredible women*, three days in the alps, endless mountain views, dusty climbs, freezing lake dips and so many unforgettable moments 🏔️Seeing everyone come together supporting, laughing, sharing stories and good vibes all the way meant everything. Thank you for bringing such beautiful energy, openness and a little bit of magic into this Wild Escape 🫶✨One of the absolute highlights was @the.mynd.method breathwork sessions, with sheep and donkeys joining our flow (and eating our towels) 🐑A huge thank you as well to everyone behind the scenes — our volunteers, supporters and all the helping hands that kept us fuelled, organised and smiling all weekend long 💛A massive thank you as well to our incredible partners & sponsors:@tirolerzugspitzarena @ortlieb_waterproof @marinbikes_dach @monsroyale @keegopioneers @maxxistires.de @seatosummiteu @chimpanzee_nutrition @feschd Thank you for supporting what we do and helping us create space for more women* on bikes. We’re so excited to join the Bike Opening at the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena next week (14th of May!) and organized a little gravel ride! There will be a big event - expo, food, rides & talks! - at the Zugspitz Arena in Lermoos ✨ So if you’re not sure what to do next week, there’s a lot of cool stuff happening! Looking back at the first edition of The Wild Escape still gives us goosebumps 💛What started as a little idea turned into a full on wild weekend — dusty tracks, the prettiest mountain views, soft meadows, sore legs and seriously full hearts.
