My first app is live on the App Store 🎉

After almost ten years in the industry, this one is my own. Quiet Orbit is a calm focus timer and app blocker for iPhone: focus on your work, and your ship flies to the next planet while you do. Pick 15 to 90 minutes, choose which apps stay out, and hold to launch.

Every minute you focus moves your ship along one route: eleven worlds, from Earth orbit to Pluto. Finish a session and you bring back a finding from the world you reached: an object, a record or a sound. There are 238 to find, and your favorites go on display in your ship.

I made it for the hour when you know what to do and the phone wins anyway.

Went for a 48-hour process on this one:
🍞 24-hour poolish fermentation
🍞 24-hour bulk rise

Slow fermentation, big flavor.

The result? A mortadella dream.

First pizza catering gig in the books!
@adambachatafestival was full of happy vibes, dancing and amazing people.

🍕 82 pizzas baked
🍕 Some came back for seconds (best compliment ever)
🍕 Italians gave me the nod of approval. “Italian restaurant quality” 🇮🇹

Huge thanks to everyone who ordered and enjoyed the food.
