Hey, would you look at that, @carter__coffee is back with some cooffees.

It’s been a while since the team was up for the bar takeover and we’ve been looking to have them back on.

And oh Lordy are they back with the goods.

Two espresso options on:

A clean, natural Brazilian. For those who love a classic.

And a wild, funky Anerobic Natural, Ethiopian for those who love to throw caution to the wind and want some boozy haribos in the cup.

We got a filter lined up, but I’ll be honest I’ve had too much caffeine dialling these in, so that’s a tomorrow job.

We’ve had less guests and second option on espresso as we’d like in recent months as we’ve been trouble shooting some equipment issues. But we’ve found an ideal setup and we’re tasting better than ever. If you wanna get the best out of us, check the espresso menu. Choose your coffee and how you like it, and watch the magic happen. Or taste it, even.

Fuck them cold foams, espresso tonics are what the cool kids drink.

We candied some orange slices with some cardamom seeds, added some lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest and balsamic vinegar for them tannins to make an orange citrus that can cut through the espresso. It’s delicious, summery, refreshing and just about the perfect summer drink. by @thirdcircle.coffee

GET SOME COOFFE NOW

Got a new special and it’s awesome. Refreshing, citrusy. Just the perfect summer drink. Made an Orange and Cardamom cake some time back and thought this needs to be made as a base for espresso tonic. So we did and it’s awesome and you should try it.

Heeeeyooo look at this in the spring sun.

Apricot & Yoghurt, Semolina, Olive oil Loaf. Finessed to fuck with olive oil and lemon zest. It’s light, creamy, zesty. And we’ll run it for a short time only so come get while you can.
