MUSIC as MEDICINE ✨~ @guyblakeslee ~~booking for private sessions / sound baths / personalized Sonic Talismans : [email protected]

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Saturday, March 7th, get ready to close your eyes and journey inward beyond Time and Space... PRS welcomes back Electric Soundbaths by Guy Blakeslee presented by ThirdEyeMemories! 👁️

The Electric Soundbath is a sonic container for inner journeying. Lying on the floor with eyes closed, guests are invited to allow the soundscape to support them and to be gently carried toward expanded states of consciousness. Guy Blakeslee uses warmly saturated analog cassette recordings of sustained tones and harmonic frequencies to channel the ethereal (intention) into material form (tape). 🥣

Each Electric Soundbath is unique, an intuitively improvised interaction with the energy in the room, broadcasting the materialized intentions for healing and expansion back into the ethereal realm and vibrating the attendees on a cellular level. He has been developing this new and electrified version of what has become known as a “sound bath”.

TONIGHT ! My last ((ELECTRIC SOUNDBATH)) of the year at @philosophical_research_society ✨8 pm , tickets discounted to $22 at the link in my bio ✨
I don’t like to say too much during the SOUNDBATH or put specific ideas in anyone’s mind , but I do think this is a powerful moment to gather and amplify our personal intentions, given all that’s happening in the world and in our lives~ so much intense energy and rapid change ~
my work with sound is based on a principle I learned from reading books by Jonathan Goldman, an early pioneer in the field of “sound healing” :
(((((FREQUENCY plus INTENTION equals HEALING)))))

I truly believe that in a most practical sense we can contribute to creating the world & reality we want to see, for the highest good of all, if we get clear and focus our intentions , holding them in our inner vision, and that (((SOUND))) can be a powerful tool for amplifying and broadcasting this vision
Getting grounded and centered and accessing states of calm can only have a positive impact on us and all we come in contact with ~
so in preparation for this evening , feel free to tune into your own intentions that you’d like to amplify and broadcast .... it will be even more powerful when we’re in a meditative space together

((11:11)) ✨ my new record “EXTRAVISION” will be released on Friday ! Thanks to @leavingrecords for resurrecting my sold out cassette and turning it into a double LP ! I made this music while recovering from a traumatic brain injury and through its creation discovered a deeper understanding of the healing power of music and sound ~ which has led me to a new career path as a Sound Therapist ~ the seeds of this transformation are audible in EXTRAVISION and I’m honored & relieved to finally share it with the world ~ come celebrate with me Friday night at @2220arts with @laelneale ✨ taken in 2220 Arts + Archives by @thirdeyememories
