POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
SURPRISE: All My Relations is becoming an exhibition.

We dare to imagine a podcast as fine art.

To celebrate our 75th episode and seventh year, we are transforming seven years of Indigenous conversation, scholarship, storytelling, laughter, disagreement and collective imagination into a living exhibition at @this.is.tidelands.

The archive will move beyond your headphones and into relationships with image, text, projection, sound and space. You’ll be invited to listen, interact, write on the chalk wall, add your own voice to the podcast upstairs in the studio, and return to watch the exhibition evolve as new stories reshape what you see and hear.

The exhibition soft-launches this Thursday, August 6, at Tidelands.

Then save the date for our full Exhibition Celebration on Saturday, September 19, featuring special guests, a live podcast recording, new merchandise and so much more.

This is not a fixed archive. It is alive, participatory and still becoming—and you are invited to enter into a relationship with it.

Come experience seven years of All My Relations and leave carrying the question at the heart of the show:

What does it mean to be a good relative?

📍 Tidelands, Seattle
Soft launch: Thursday, August 6
Exhibition celebration: Saturday, September 19

📚 Come read with us, relatives.

Last season, we launched the All My Relations Book Club as a space to read Indigenous writers together, and to bring our own lived experiences, questions, and relationships into the conversation.

Now we’re reading Becoming Kin: An Indigenous Call to Unforgetting the Past and Reimagining Our Future by Patty Krawec.

And we have two chances to gather around this book in October:

✨ Surviving Together with Patty Krawec
October 17 at Tidelands
Join us for an evening with Patty as we dig deeper into Becoming Kin and what it asks of us as we imagine how we might live differently, and survive together.

📖 All My Relations Book Club Meeting
Sunday, October 25 at 10 AM
Join us at Tidelands or on Zoom for our community discussion of Becoming Kin.

Because books hit differently when we read them with each other, with our histories, and with the worlds we’re trying to build.

Come read with us. ❤️ Join the book club:

💼 In person
💰 Hourly, based on experience

Previous retail, gallery, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

Interested? Send a short introduction, cover letter, and resume to info@thisistideland.com with “Boutique Associate” in the subject line.
