Seemed like a good time to post this, on International Coffee Day!

We are recruiting for a Head of Coffee.

The new role will lead on coffee quality, training and development across all @deepnorthuk and @thisisbandstand sites.

Specifically, the role will develop and implement a new group wide barista training programme, lead on coffee selection and drinks menu, maintain equipment standards, support new openings and help drive commercial performance. Working closely with site teams and roasting partners, they will develop people, improve consistency and build on our reputation for exceptional speciality coffee across the North East.

Experience in and knowledge/love of speciality coffee is a must, alongside a talent for working with and developing people. We are looking for someone who is organised, diligent, proactive, enthusiastic, a good communicator and enjoys maintaining high standards.

DM us if you’re keen and we can share the full Job Description. Or email info@deepnorth.co.uk
