Hey Insta fam,

I’m on a mission to shine more light on an important yet often overlooked topic – narcissism and emotional abuse.

Through my upcoming book, I aim to raise awareness, share insights, and empower others to recognize red flags 🚩 in their association with others and protect themselves.

Having experienced the effects of narcissistic behavior firsthand, I’ve learned to spot the warning signs and navigate the complexities of toxic relationships.

Join me as I share my journey, provide valuable insights, and offer strategies to safeguard your emotional well-being.

You can order a copy of my book from the link in my bio. Let’s embark on a transformative journey together!💫

An evening of vision, purpose, and people committed to making a difference. ✨

On September 19, 2026, I had the pleasure of attending the private launch of The Challenger Foundation at the historic Fort York National Historic Site in Toronto.

It was more than a launch. It was a reminder that real change starts when people are willing to challenge the status quo, create opportunities, and build something that serves others.

I was inspired by @michael.challenger vision, the people and plan for this great initiative.

Here’s to building a stronger community together. 🥂

Congratulations to @thechallengerfoundation on this important milestone.

☀️ A little summer reminder…

You don’t have to have everything figured out to enjoy where you are right now.

Take a breath.
Enjoy the sunshine.
Celebrate the little wins.
Make memories.
Keep believing. 🤍

Some seasons are about building, and some are about simply being grateful for how far you’ve come.

May this summer bring you peace, fresh hope, new connections, and beautiful reasons to smile.

Keep going. Your story is still unfolding. 🌿✨ by @thisismarianbalogun

Starting over in a new country takes courage, but the challenges can be overwhelming. 🌍✨

April was Stress Awareness Month and on the show, we had Funmi Fatona-Ayowole, Executive Coach and Wellness Consultant based in London, she shared insights from supporting newcomers through the realities of starting over.

Top 5 stressors newcomers face:

💸 Financial uncertainty
🎓 Career & credential recognition
👥 Social isolation & loneliness
🌍 Identity & belonging
❤️ Family responsibility & guilt

Which one resonates most with you? 👇Watch full episodes on our YouTube channel, link in bio.

You didn't just move countries. You moved your whole identity.

The rent is high. The credentials don't transfer. The loneliness is loud.

But nobody talks about it. We are. 🎙🍁

Happy New Year everyone! 🎉

I’m starting this year with a simple but intentional goal: building a gym habit, and praying for the grace to sustain it. Not perfection. Not pressure. Just consistency.

For women over 40, exercise isn’t about chasing a younger body, it’s about protecting our health. Movement helps:
• Support hormone balance
• Strengthen bones and joints
• Boost energy and mood
• Reduce stress and brain fog
• Keep your heart strong for the long run

Some days will be easy, some days will be hard, but I’m choosing to show up anyway, even if it’s slow, even if it’s messy.

Here’s to listening to our bodies, honouring this season of life, and doing what we can, one workout at a time. 💪🏽🏋️‍♂️✨

If you’re starting (or restarting) too, I’m cheering you on. by @thisismarianbalogun

Looking back to 2025, when I attended the Burna Boy show ✨
As a big Afrobeats fan, moments like that remind me why supporting local, international, and African artists matters.

Afrobeats is more than music, it’s culture, resilience, and a global African voice being heard. 🌍

Watching African excellence on that stage was inspiring, and it reaffirmed my belief in showing up, celebrating our own, and lifting African creativity wherever we are in the world.
