Mar-Great more like.
The best fun with friends/family.
Insane weather.
Getting older is making electrolytes part of the pre drinks (or whatever you call the post pre drinks to the pre drinks, cos the Airbnb host ghosted you meaning you went for more pre-pre drinks, till you got to the Airbnb for pre drinks).
Fun at the beach.
Dreamland is always the dream.
New only fools T-shirt because I was the first ever person to discover packing 6 shirts for 2 and a bit days wasn’t enough.

Not enough superlatives to describe that 48 hours.
3 countries in 48 hours.
2 flights
9 trains (including one of the most stunning scenes you’ll ever see).
Very little hours of sleep.
1,249,611 Laughs (I counted).

Not sure how much better this Crystal Palace journey can get but the last 15 months have been a madness, and doing it with Friends and family (both?!) makes it all the better.

EDIT: I didn’t even mention a 2 hour delayed train on the day of the match, nor that having seen Palace lift a European cup, my life was almost ended by a rabbit on the the runway as the plane landed.

And Thanks to @kirsten_willow_meadow for tolerating these silly little adventures.
