I am super excited to announce my commitment to run cross country and track at Appalachian State University! I’d like to thank my family, friends, and coaches for their continuous support. I’d also like to thank Coach Herbster and the rest of the coaching staff at App State for this incredible opportunity. I can’t wait to get to work. #allforapp taken in Appalachian State University by @thomas_waz45
