A couple of years ago, we heard God’s call to “Use All Your Gifts!”—and we’ve been committed to that mission ever since. One of the most rewarding aspects of the work we do is having the chance to encourage and uplift others, utilizing various platforms to create meaningful impact. The true blessing lies in seeing lives transformed and witnessing the smiles that come with it.
We are honored to collaborate with incredible organizations like @philadelphiaskills, @youthbuildphl, @themomcommunityatl, and #turningpoints, all working toward empowering individuals and fostering growth. Thank you for the opportunity to share in this impactful journey! by @thosebaxters

We are excited to announce a new partnership!

Juan Baxter & I are honored to partner with Philadelphia Technician Training Institute (PTTI) to provide Life & Career Success Trainings for their students.

At Those Baxters, we believe workforce development is about more than helping people get a job. It’s about helping people build confidence, strengthen communication, develop professionalism, discover purpose, and gain the mindset needed to thrive in both their careers and their lives.

We’re grateful to partner with organizations like PTTI that are committed to preparing students for success. Together, we’ll equip future professionals with practical life and career skills that will serve them long after they leave the classroom.

Every opportunity to pour into people reminds us why we do this work. We are passionate about helping individuals move from surviving to thriving, and we’re excited to begin this journey with the incredible students at PTTI.

Thank you, Sherman and PTTI, for trusting us to be part of your students’ success story. We can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together!

Thriving Through Workforce Development!
