A dream 💭 I cannot get over @gracierf ‼️ Thank you for your magic Grace. Thank you @tender____________ for allowing us to get so very tender. Beyond grateful for everyone who came to Unstruck. What spaces we cultivated together! Forever humbled and cracked wide open by witnessing the unfurling, rewriting and realisations that happen here. No fixing or force. Just safety, support and space to let whatever is alive be held and move. Such an honour to hold so many new people and, as always, my darling regs! Not sure what’s coming next but that was so freaking awesome there will be something very 🔜 no doubt… but for now, revelling and in awe 🌬️🎐🕯️🌸 by @three_chords_is_jazz

Magic happened here fr fr. I am so grateful to everyone who brought their wisdom and energy to this experience because that was miraculous. Sometimes facilitating is just as healing as lying down on the mat and this was that for sure. Something big cleared for me here. Thank you everyone who came and thank you especially to @genevieve___fry for holding us all with your intuition and harp wisdom. Together you bought so much levity and tenderness to the space. Tickets for the final session of Unstruck with @gracierf are selling! There is 5 spots left. Can’t wait to do it again ❤️❤️❤️ Photos by @joshua_arvy_so by @three_chords_is_jazz

$Officially introducing my daughter Bunny Precious Hart. We brought Bun home on the 13th of September as an early birthday surprise for Dizzy and a new family member for all of us. She spent the first two weeks learning our voices, settling, doing zoomies, going to the park, meeting new friends and learning how to take the stairs. On Monday the 28th around 8am we were at the gardens with her friends and owners, and so was a big tractor mowing the dog park. It was a contentious thing. Many of us were wondering why now, at the hour everyone brings their dogs. I wish in hindsight that I had just walked away but she was so happy and all her new friends were there, and I kept my eyes on her while my hackles stayed up. Then the mower was suddenly very close, and Bunny went under the back of it. I won’t tell all the details but it was horrific to witness, everyone was screaming including our darling little pup. I mostly blacked out but managed to scoop her up and run home with her limp in my arms and Pete drove us straight to the animal hospital. In some sort of miracle she survived. She has three fractures which are going to take some time to heal. She has been home for a few days now, sore and confined but slowly she is getting her spirit back and we are starting to trust that she will be ok. If you know us you know we lost our first dog Chloe to a car accident after 10 beautiful years of the deepest loyalty and love. She was our protector. Then a few years after I made a wild decision to adopt a huge 50kg mystical being of a wolfhound called Brutus who had a critical accident one month after coming to us. This week has been quite retraumstising and has been hard not to think that we are cursed or shouldn’t have dogs but I also can’t let myself make too much meaning of it because this girl feels like she was always meant to be here with us as with our other angel dogs. I’m just so grateful our little Bun survived and is in recovery and is coming back to herself. I’m so excited to take her to the beach and the bush when she’s ready and in the meantime we go gently. Thank you to everyone who has messaged us and the council and for all the love and support xx by @three_chords_is_jazz$

Join me and @genevieve___fry this Sunday 3 October for Unstruck @tender____________ I will be guiding the room in Breathwork Mastery while Gen will be playing harp to meet each moment that arises. Nothing preordained, no agenda, just a willingness to trust the process, the unfolding and being with what is. What happens when you make no feeling, sensation, thought wrong? What happens then, if you validate and amplify that experience. Tickets are in my bio. 🌹 Video of @ab.ss.s at our first Unstruck. @gracierf will play on October 18. by @three_chords_is_jazz

Came here to tell you that this Saturday 9-11am I’m hosting an online/virtual Breathwork session. It’s $65. You should come, the link is in my bio. I also want to say that in less than a month, post that wild eclipse portal I guess, life feels so different and sometimes these shifts happen and we don’t even realise it because the passing of time just sort of passes, but in the last two weeks we welcomed a new family member, Bunny, such a big thing, asking us to open our hearts and patience and capacity in big and new ways. Our community also welcomed a new precious baby friend to the earth and I got to witness her most wild and incredible birth of my life/career and I am bow down grateful for it. It came just around the time that I was commissioned (and paid!!!) to write a major piece on the birth space and boy oh boy did that birth drop me in and open me up to all the things I have witnessed, learned, tangled and untangled over my decade of being in birth, wow. So excited to show you what it is when I can! A MAJOR moment for me. I also resigned from my museum job with nothing to catch my fall except wild trust in my self and the universe. I conceived, launched and have now hosted the first of this Breathwork and live music sessions I had been dreaming about for over a year. It was so terrifying and put me right in touch with my very own birth process. Harrowing! I have two more coming, I also was invited to host monthly sessions at TarraWarra Museum using the breath as a creative tool and combining it with art materials to process. We had our first session this week and it was really special. My eldest son became a teenager a month ago and my little turns 8 tomorrow. It’s all big but also calm and feels like it’s stretching and growing and my nervous system is holding it, I am here and present and open for all of it. Anyway, come breathe with me on Saturday morning! Feel my expansion! Let’s sync nervous systems! ❤️‍🔥 by @three_chords_is_jazz

Yesterday we came together for the first Unstruck. We landed with open hearts and minds to find out what it wanted to be.

There was something about the trams and the people walking and talking past @tender____________ on Sydney Rd, the hum of the world, beneath Abby’s sounds, that allowed us to find the unstruck note in amongst the noise, not seperate from it.

Each person offered an intention to the space, and in the centre of the room we built an altar of flowers in bloom. This morning I took the flowers down to the creek and gave them to the water to keep them on their way.

Afterwards Abby and I spoke about her approach to the sound, so slow and unhurried. In somatic therapy, rushing yourself to heal, or pushing through discomfort, can signal threat to the body and tip you into fight, flight or freeze. When you move at the pace of the slowest, most vulnerable part of you, your nervous system can settle. In Breathwork Mastery we call this ‘step by integrated step’. This is what Abby’s playing invited us into. Nothing was rushed, nothing was pushed. Each moment was met with so much space, grace and breath.

So grateful to those who came, and for your trust and your willingness to be in something new.

Thank you Abby @ab.ss.s

Two more Unstruck sessions to come. @genevieve___fry plays October 4 and @gracierf plays October 18. Link in bio for tickets. Thank you @joshua_arvy_so for the beautiful photos 💙 by @three_chords_is_jazz

~Unstruck~1

Sunday 20 September
2 – 4pm
@tender_place_
$75 / $65 / $50
(This is the first of a three part series. Following this will be sessions with @genevieve___fry and @gracierf)

This practice has been with me for four years. It has awakened my heart, ignited my creativity, my purpose and connected me to my Self and the divine.

By tapping into ancient wellsprings of knowing, truth and beauty that is innate within each of us, the breath can bring forth meaningful symbols, visions and messages that help us unburden from conditioning and opens us to the possibility of living a life of limitless potential. Flowers for our altar will be provided by high priestesses @xflos__

The practice is safe for all bodies. It has no contraindications, the breath is easy and relaxed. You’ll be lying down for an hour, so bring whatever your body needs to be comfortable on the floor, or let me know if you require support.

If you’re pregnant, neurodivergent, grieving, disabled, chronically ill or just unsure whether this is for you, message me and we’ll talk it through. (Tender is at street level / up one flight of stairs / has an accessible bathroom.) No experience is needed. There’s nothing to get right.

Mob tickets are free, email me at hello@sunnihart.com to arrange.

Any other questions, message me. I would love to see you there.

We got bored of painting on paper 🎨 This is a good rainy day activity. It’s like Pictionary but on ya face. (Soundtrack: Close to You,1981 by Kate Wolf) by @three_chords_is_jazz

I am so excited to introduce Unstruck.

There is a sound that continues uncaused, on its own. The yogic tradition calls it unstruck, it is the note underneath every other note. It’s the word used for the heart, because a heartbeat simply sounds, on its own, for as long as it beats.

Unstruck is a live breathwork series facilitated by Sunni Hart alongside an incredible line up of musicians. In this space the sound and musician are active participants too. Each will play with presence and in the words of Grace Ferguson “the relationship between intention, improvisation, and what remains beyond control.”

Sound becomes another way in, alongside breath, both moving toward what’s rising and what’s ready to move. Toward the unstruck place within each of us.

Each person will be invited to add a flower to a mandala as the session evolves, in the spirit of spring, intention, interconnectedness, or whatever it is you feel called to contribute. Beautiful blooms will be generously donated by @xflos__ 🌷

20 September, cello, Abby Sundborn 🎻
4 October, harp, Genevieve Fry 🪉
18 October, piano, Grace Ferguson 🎹

Discounted tickets for First Nations folks available.

Sundays, 2 to 4pm, @tender_place_ More information and tickets via the link in bio. I cannot wait to co-create this magic together. by @three_chords_is_jazz
