✨️ Chapter 32 ✨️

This past year has been a roller coaster of a year, but it has only made me stronger. This next year, my goal is to focus on myself and getting healthy.

Today I'm having a *me* day and have started the day with appointments. After that, I plan on hitting up my favorite place (B&N), getting lunch, and starting Crown of Midnight.

Here's to hoping this next chapter of life is better than the last! 🎉

🌲 Vacation Read 🌲

While I may not be anywhere tropical with palm trees, this is my paradise. I started Paradise Pawn a few days ago and I'm really enjoying it! This is a perfect summer read whether you're in the moutains or at the beach. by @thrillersandthreads

🧶 Crochet Update 🧶

The past couple of months have been a little slow on the crochet and reading front. I lost motivation to do any of my favorite hobbies.

I'm happy to report that I am back in the groove and have finished these 3 stuffies over the past week. All of these cuties are patterns from @crochetcalls and the pumpkin bear comes out tomorrow 8/15!

I think the next project I'm going to start is a Spideman for my son.

Stay tuned for an update on my next completed projects.

📚🧶 What I'm Reading & Crocheting 📚🧶

I am still in a little bit of a crochet slump so I keep squirreling from one project to the next but I'm currently working on a tester pattern for @crochetcalls and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

I just finished Just This Once by @authorlenahendrix which I loved! I can't wait to read the rest of The Kings series. I just started 7th Circle by @tatejamesauthor and I'm already loving it!

Come back next week for another reading and crochet update!

📚🧶 What I'm Reading & Crocheting 📚🧶

I unfortunately was in a crocheting slump for far to long, but I'm back!

This week I finished reading Punk 57 and Rumors & Whiskey. I am currently reading The Right Move and I'm obsessed!

I just finished crocheting a fox and I'll be working on Stitch and Angel for my niece's birthday next month.

Stay tuned for another update!

🌞 June TBR 🌞

I'm ready for all the summer beach reads this summer. Gotta live vicariously though my books.

I'm currently working on my physical TBR so hoping to get that number down this month!

What's a book on your summer TBR?

I had the pleasure of testing this cute pig pattern for @crochetcalls and I'm obsessed with it. 🐷

Thank you again, Claire, for allowing me to be a pattern tester. You always come up with the cutest patterns!

📚🧶 What I'm Reading & Crocheting 📚🧶

Last week I finished reading A Love Letter to Whiskey and I just finished Betrayed by the Plot which were both so good.

This week I'm reading a lot of different books.

📖: Rules for the Summer by @meghanquinnbooks
🎧: The Woman in the Window by AJ Finn
🎧: Pieces of Her by Karin Slaughter

I just finished crocheting Stitch and now I'm working on a fox.

Come back next week for another update!

"Stitch not bad. Stitch fluffy!"

My son's teacher loves Stitch so I thought it'd be fun to surprise her with a Stitch stuffy and I'm so impressed with how it turned out. It was my first time using felt for eyes so it's not perfect, but practice makes perfect and I'm happy with it.

I'm in a couple buddy reads this week and I finished Such a Quiet Place by Megan Miranda and I'm almost done with A Love Letter to Whiskey by Kandi Steiner.

I'm also reading and devouring Betrayed by the Plot by my fave @authoralexandrahale ❤️

This week I'm crocheting Stitch for my son's teacher and I can't wait to see the final project.
