A perfect 3️⃣6️⃣0️⃣ 🤩🤩🤩

We love the 360 drill. It is just as beneficial for elite throwers as it is for beginners! Give this drill a try to work on rhythm, timing, & balance in the back of the ring. Have you ever done this drill before?

We took a visit to the Panathenaic Stadium in Athens, Greece, where the first modern day Olympics was held. Can you guess how far the Gold medalist in the shot put threw in the first Olympic Games??? taken in Panathenaic Stadium by @throvacs

3rd today at the Diamond League Final.

Always want more, but it was good to finish the season with a few throws over 22m and compete well in our biggest shot put meet of the year.

A non championship year can be tough because there isn’t one obvious championship to build everything around, but there are always lessons to take from it — and I think we learned a lot this season.

Still nice to show up on the biggest stages and be a little more than an ambassador. 😏

Now it’s time to get home, regroup with the family, recover, and start building again.

Season done. Back to work. @thovacs Camps up next 💪 taken in Brussels, Belgium by @throvacs

Enjoyed our time in Brescia, Italy 🇮🇹 Now it’s off to Brussels for the Diamond League Final — the last one of the year.

Lightning ⚡️ and Peach 🍑 are enjoying the travels too.

Even though next week marks the end of my season, it could be the start of yours.

We’ve started announcing dates for our THROvacs camps, with plenty more to come. If you’re looking to get some work in, learn, and throw with us, check out www.throvacs.com or follow @throvacs for all the latest camp information.

One more meet. Let’s finish it strong. 🇧🇪 by @throvacs
