For months (years, even) I’ve been talking about hosting wellness pop-ups. Thanks to a gentle push and perfect planning by @caribbeancurls_ we made it happen. As soon as the invites were made, I invited all of my family and friends. @buttahbeann immediately offered to get the BTS. She’s easily one of my favorite people, creators and social media geniuses, so the “yes” was automatic, followed by immense gratitude. I knew the video would be beautiful, but this is so special. It captures the youthfulness and joy I often reserve for family and close friends. It captures the love and support of people I hold most dear. It captures my very first pop up, in a room filled with so much love. I’m still so full of gratitude. I’m still soaring from that experience. Khi, thank you for being such a light and for making this stunning video. Thena, thank you for the push to make this happen. And to all my family and friends, thank you again for always showing up. I love you! by @tiahendricks

Thank you for challenging yourselves in class. We cannot wait to see you at the next event. We prayed for a full room and God gave us overflow. Thank You! Thank you @heliobloom for planning and executing another incredible event. Thank you @rbvstudios for being the best event space and the most incredible producer. Thank you @unliketherestt for always being so generous with the goodies from @kiehls and ensuring our skin is flawless. Thank you @liquidwizdom for the best juice in the city. Today was magical. Grateful for it all. #pilates #atlantapilates #pilatesinstructor #heliobloom #tiahendricks by @tiahendricks

TRUE. Community. These people are my family. My tribe. My village. They show up no matter what space you’re in mentally or physically. They are present. They are loving. They are beyond talented. This week was exactly what my soul needed. It’s the reminder that I have been blessed with a bonus family, so special it literally makes me weep with gratitude. TRUE is beyond words. My friends soar. @reginaldlashaunclay leaps off the stage and screen with so much brilliance and authenticity. @thehopeharris shines and is relatable in every way. And everyone else brings so much sincerity and effortless talent. They take you on a journey that leads you to a version of yourself you may have never known. @iammattlaw you are one of one. The world deserves to continue to see your talent and your heart. Thank you for taking us all along for the ride! Love you all from the depths of my soul. 💛💛 by @tiahendricks

A weekend filled with beautiful blooms. Had a blast at the @3parkswine @3parkswine_fourthward mini-market for Mother’s Day! Such a great turnout. Thank you to my people for coming out and supporting (and for ordering arrangements from me!) ! I love you! #atlantaflowercart #atlantaflorist #flowerstagram by @tiahendricks

A joy to celebrate the accomplishments of so many friends. Grateful to be a part of this beautiful community. Miami was a dream! A delightful mix of sun, fun and creativity. Inspired and excited to see what each of these beautiful humans continue to create in the coming days, weeks, months and years. Congrats to each of you! #abff2025 by @tiahendricks
