Story time: Episode 5Choose the good…————————————————————————————An old recipe, just some good old sweet and sour sauce…甜酸醬Servings: Approx. 200g of protein. Triple the recipe for a small jarIngredients:3 tbs White vinegar 2 tbs Ketchup 50g Caster sugar 4tbs Water 1 tbs Corn syrup (optional, it adds some shine)1 tsp Soy sauce Method:Whisk togetherStore in fridge. I love Sweden. I mean I probably wouldn’t love it as much if @missbroden didn’t live there…but she does so I love Sweden.This trip was quick but it was really therapeutic and I felt there was a lot of growth, not just me alone but with the kids, too. You can plan your life down to the most minuscule of details, you’re still never going to know what or who is hiding around corner waiting to jump out and scream, “Not today. Satan!”. I really thought my perfect life had ended the day he said I’m no longer in love with you but upon reflection, maybe I wasn’t in love anymore either but it was familiar and comfortable and I didn’t want it to change…but you can’t grow if you’re comfortable and I am still surprised by what I’m capable of since it all happened. So, to getting more uncomfortable, letting go of life expectations and embrace change, whatever that may be. by @tiffcooksalot

8 months ago a bombshell dropped on my head and my relationship imploded. 6 months and 6 days ago I became a single mom. It hurts less but it still hurts. I want to create new memories so next year this time IG/FB will remind me that we all turned out ok even if it’s just the three of us. A pic from each month. I don’t know where we will be 6 more months from now but I do know I have really fucking cute kids. by @tiffcooksalot

I’m feeling quite good about myself these days. I finally found a boxing gym that I really like and went 4x a week last week. I think all the extra sweating’s doing wonders for my skin. I feel quite pretty. I spent a whole day in Brighton and most of it on the beach with a new friend. Loved every minute of it. Did not get poo’d on by seagulls. I love my fuzzy bunny that I sleep with. Yes I am a 46yro woman who sleeps with a teddy. I guess Oreo also brought me joy. A lovely birthday dinner with some gorgeous and inspiring women. @angelahuii @mels_place_east @annasulan @rangoonsisters @mexicanfoodmemories Always enjoyed my small contribution to the annual zongzi party organized by @celestialpeach_uk @eseacommunitycentre And lastly…this freaking bottle is delicious and I sprinkle on everything…got it in Costco… by @tiffcooksalot

This is what happens when insomnia hits at 3am and I see random stuff on social…Sorry the video is so rugged. I edited it quickly as well…1st try: I used medium eggs. 2nd try: I used an large egg Tips that I’d try myself next time: 1. water level should be high enough to cover the eggs. 2. Use quite fresh eggs. Mine is were over a week old. 3. I think 3 min is the sweet spot. Try it and let me know in the comments if it worked for you! I wonder if I can do this in advance…this is kind of like the sous vide method, no? by @tiffcooksalot

This year marks the 20th year in London for me. I was only supposed to be here for 2…and somehow, in a blink of an eye, 20 years passed. So let’s see how I went from Tiff to TiTTin 2 decades!That typo will never get old 😂 🥁 let the slide show begin! by @tiffcooksalot
