If your running in the hills and.... oh no what to dooooo doo? Get it checked ✔️ 💩 If your out and about and it sneaks up on you 💩....get it checked ✔️ when it's been a year 1/2 or two💩 ...get it checked ✔️ and if your scared 😱 just talk it through👩‍⚕️ ...go and...get it checked ✔️

Its important to be open and get on top of our health. The second largest killer in NZ and people are too scared to talk about it and not get it checked. The prep is an interesting journey to say the least and hunger like never before 😉. Look like a old raisin dried out 😂

Great care at Caledonian road today. Fantastic nurses and doctors. And so grateful for my doctor who listens and takes action. All clear nothing to see here 🫡 Crack on 🤙 by @tinamgeorge

Had an amazing dinner last night with my best friend Craig Perry . Earlier this month we wanted to celebrate Craigs birthday going fancy pants dinner but he got really unwell. He surprised me last night to a fabbo tram dinner with a wine match an the city lights. Ive always wanted to do this and it was really special Just so cool. The lamb rumb delish 🧑‍🍳. The Wuhan Yangtze river swimming festival was just incredible. Our two ChCh athletes represented our city with two outstanding swims in the elite 1800m challenge. With water temp at 28 degrees, outside temp of 38 degrees and a current of 1.28m/s this swimming is incredibly hard to complete.

About 36 years ago mum and Dave our step father found an old post office building in sheffield. Dave was the head tutor and examiner at chch polytechnic bakery school. They turned the old yellow post office into a catering business. Originally "Canterbury Caterers" .....and just like that the sheffield pie 🥧 was born.

He made everything from scratch, great apprentices and the old oven with hot spots turning pie trays around to get an even bake. Thousands of pies, lots of other catering as well.

Tux wonder dog 🐕 events, horse trek events, weddings and parties. Years later after Loretta and hubbie bought the business they upgraded it to the Sheffield Pie shop we now know and love.

I remember helping Dave in the bakery at 4 am making pastry, pies and beautiful bakery goods like custard squares yummo.

Both mum and Dave are no longer with us but to see their legacy carry on at Te Kaha One stadium and to have their same an new recipes made us feel so proud last night ❤️ 😊.

The classic mince and cheese taste and crust took me back to some of the best memories I'll cherish with Dave on the pastry break, the shop, and mum making her fancy rolls and sandwiches. Even the train driver used to stop to get a pie.

The new owners still making beautiful pies and it's just the same as I always remember. So next time you go grab a pie. Pretty darn tasty 😋 by @tinamgeorge

Time for bottling my 1st baby beer 🍺. A creamy Red Irish like Kilkenny 👍 ready in 4 weeks. The Riwaka pale ale made 6 weeks ago is delicious and a 😋 golden taste. Bit early in the week for a pint but celebrating the birth of a friend's little face. Fun with my bestie Craig Perry by @tinamgeorge

The best weekend away at the lake Heron caravan pad. Spent some great time with Rachael Walker and a Jason, chilling, fishing, biking, drinks and hunkering down in the rain. Friday was a big ride....25 years ago I remember racing THEE RIDE on a 26inch giant anthem at arrowsmiths 42k ride around the mountain. We headed out friday with hardly any wind most of the day, super sunny, massive views & no people. The track had washed away heaps so lots of bike pushing, rocks, up up and more up then down fown down. Cows, sweeds and views to die for. Craig Perry caught a great trout for dinner and it was so much fun. 😋🚴🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️🎣 by @tinamgeorge
