The styles of dance Adrielle performed on stage at the Just Dance Bahamas Bring the Beat show this past weekend.

2 days✨3 shows✨30 performances (For Adrielle)

These are some special moments caught her Mama side stage, who also danced in the show and did not have the pleasure of enjoying the performances from the audience view. But this view is even more special!

Thank you to JDB for hosting another fantastic weekend! 🙏🏽🌟 Congratulations to all the dancers who left their hearts and souls out on that stage!!! 💗 taken in Atlantis Bahamas by @tinkyg.2

HYROX Miami Beach - Spectator’s Edition 📣

Finally recapping an amazing weekend in Miami where I got to cheer on and support these strong beautiful women 💛

The FOMO was veryyyy real but it was so exciting (and exhausting) running around the Miami convention center watching these ladies race their hearts out. SO incredibly proud of you both 🙌🏼💕 Can’t wait for the next one!!

My first Solo Open Hyrox race! Yah it kicked my butt. Competing in Doubles Pro the night before didn’t help. Fresh legs would have been great but that’s how the cookie crumbled. Literally 😝 Not the best time for me but there’s always next time 😜

Shout out to my cheerleaders and videographers @monicharli and @hyperactivebee hearing your voices and knowing you were right there next to me kept me going. Thank you to John @session.box for your guidance, words of wisdom and encouragement. I’m blessed to have all of your support! 🙏🏾

@muugsyy thank you for showing up for me! And to the random guy that cheered me on like crazy at the row erg!!! Thank you 😢 (video to come 😊) taken in Miami Beach Convention Center by @tinkyg.2

What a weekend! Our first women’s doubles pro race together with @tinkyg.2. We didn’t know what to expect, but one thing we knew was that we were going to fight through the uncomfortable. I loved every minute of this race! We worked so effortlessly together as a team, didn’t need to talk much to understand each other. So proud of how we executed this race 🙏
It was also a huge change for me from the singles pro race to be able to breathe finally during the stations. This was definitely a lot more enjoyable experience 😄

Can’t wait to train harder and get better for the next one! 🙌

From anxious giggles and booty wiggles.

To late night bouncing and belting with @calvinharris

Las Vegas was a time……

Our first Hyrox was all smiles and moments of silliness, laughter and love! Just girls wanting to have fun 😜

Thank you @hyperactivebee and @rkrly for capturing these moments. ❤️

Thank you to my partner for always matching my energy - both in and out of the race!!!!! 🫂 by @tinkyg.2

I only learned what Hyrox was a few months ago. Coming off my first local CrossFit competition, I asked myself what now??? I asked just loud enough for a mutual friend @dyariaariell to suggest partnering with @monicharli for a hyrox competition.

I had a lot of questions (sorry Monica 😊 ) but the biggest question was:

“Can I do this”

Answer: ABSOLUTELY !!!!

Plans drafted.

Goals set.

Obstacles crossed

…..and our journey began.

I’m grateful for our all the Sunday Hyrox workouts with @monicharli @hyperactivebee

I’m grateful to my family for giving me the space to dedicate my time and energy to this sport.

I’m grateful for the time and thoughtfulness put into each training session curated by @session.box

I’m grateful for all the athletes I had the privilege to meet and the positive energy and community that I experienced @hyroxamerica

…and last but definitely not least…

I’m grateful to my partner for her commitment to training, her strength and determination, her unwavering encouragement, her courage to take this challenge on with me and the beautiful partnership we created together.

Doubles Open and our last minute Womens Relay was a time!

A memory created. A first but not last!

#Thank you Hyrox Las Vegas for being the first of many more to come.

Next up….Miami!

We flew to Vegas for Hyrox. Doubles open for @tinkyg.2 & @monicharli and singles pro for me. Somewhere on the way we decided to sign up for a relay as well with @rkrly joining our team to make it 4.

I am so proud of these girls. And especially @rkrly, who somehow dug deep and delivered without preparation. We supported each other and fought hard. That’s team spirit.

So grateful for this crew. What a weekend. 💥✨

Guns out, tongues out 😛💪🏼💥

Our Hyrox debut in Las Vegas was nothing short of an absolutely unforgettable experience!! We crushed our goal of sub 1:15, met so many incredible individuals in the Hyrox community and had SO much fun while laying it all out there.

So incredibly blessed to have the privilege to compete in such a challenging race and push ourselves to our physical limits.

A huge shoutout to @session.box and @islandguy_77 for all of the training before the big event, @paradiserunclub242 for all the love and support and to everyone else who cheered us on from near and afar! We ❤️ you!!

And of course a HUGE shoutout to @hyperactivebee and @rkrly for the amazing footage and being apart of this amazing experience with us 🫶🏼

Excited to see what comes next for us! 👀
